@VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

All I want to do is cancel my phone contract with @VodafoneUK and I was on the phone waiting to get through for over an hour and half before giving up. I then tried to chat online and was on hold for 30 minutes before them closing the chat! I’m so annoyed, what terrible service

@VodafoneUK Our elderly client has been a Vodafone customer for 20yrs. She's paying £720 more per yr than a new customer for the same deal. I spent 1h30mins talking to your team and all they could offer her was to pay a £500 cancellation fee. Appalling.

@mellie_s1973 @VodafoneUK Diabolical!! Honestly for the last 3 evenings I’ve been waiting to speak to someone for over an hour! Webchst also 1 1/2 hr. spoke to someone ended up. It being able to help me by time they realised this and went to transfer me they had gone home for the night! X
