@VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

Wouldn’t bother with @VodafoneUK - 5 days, no internet, people telling me I’ll get a call back within 24h, nothing. Told issue resolved, still here. Now it’s bank hols so probably nothing till Tuesday. Next step is Ofcom as I can’t seem to speak to anyone relevant at Vodafone 🙃

@VodafoneUK Done. Waiting and my wife is still on the phone. This was a mistake on Vodafone side that was admitted and we are now being told we should just hotspot through our phones to solve the issue, sorry that’s not good enough to have to use our personal mobile data allowance

@VodafoneUK Disgrace again, 30 minutes waiting on live chat as I requested the PAC codes for both phones, put through to retentions, waited 30 minutes.....only to be cut off by Connor. I can't wait to leave because after 20 years of being with you, your customer service is bad

@VodafoneUK 1hr 46minutes on the phone for the call to be disconnected spent 2 hours on the phone last month as well an absolute nightmare when you want to get something sorted totally disappointed customer who can’t wait to leave angry 😡
