@VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

@VodafoneUK I am with Vodafone since last one and a half years..and i am in unlimited pack.i just get 4mbps speed and i work in royal navy so travel. I don’t get network where EE gets it normally. so i asked Vodafone to cancel my contact but they charging me for it.

The customer service @VodafoneUK is almost comically bad. Like they've deliberately designed a system as a situationalist play about the dangers of an overly automated world.
