@VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

So @VodafoneUK You're internet goes down and all your support staff piss off at 8pm as if no-one has any technical issues after that time. That's 3 days now I have tried to contact you. So much for your Super Plus service.

@VodafoneUK All lights are white on the front and I can connect to the router, however I have either no or a painfully slow connection. I've rebooted the system and that hasn't helped. I'm happy to dm you. You'll find all the info already there from previous issues.

@VodafoneUK I'm having trouble sending SMS from my phone. It was fine earlier today. I am getting the message 'Currently unable to send your message. It will be sent when the service becomes available.' I have restarted my phone. I have an esim if that helps to debug. Pls help
