@VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone - My full fibre broadband was supposed to be installed on the 17th January. It has only been part installed because city fibre had a problem with a blocked duct. I can't get a date from live chat when this will be fixed. Please help

@VodafoneUK just trying to calm my partner down after your sales assistant ‘Dominic’ bullied her into taking out another 24mth contract, and all she wanted to do was politely cancel her existing one.. Great support for people who find it difficult on the phone, appalling service!

@VodafoneUK my Mum has just moved to yourselves from EE. Her EE number switched over yesterday to Vodafone, but now saying no service, and it’s sending messages from the number that came with the Vodafone sim today. How do we sort this please?

@VodafoneUK I've had the worst experience with Vodafone with morning. Spoke to 4 different people as the calls kept getting cut off - no solution, and they sent a WiFi boost to the wrong address. No one seems able to fix it either. Definitely going to switch to any other provider

Well, @VodafoneUK broadband is absolutely appalling. Since we switched last week, we haven't had a single day with a consistent internet connection. We've essentially paid for an ornamental modem which, quite frankly, can get in the bin, where their internet service belongs.

@Barclaycard The problem seems to be when roaming with @VodafoneUK the Barclaycard call is connected, you get told "Welcome to barclaycard" and then the call is disconnected. Using a landline (those things none of us have anymore)I was able to get through (Local Barclays staff put me through)
