@VodafoneUK took out a 30 day contract and told to phone to cancel next day so it doesn’t roll over. Then told I can’t cancel until after the payment has processed. Now told I have to give 30 days notice so minimum contract is 45 days not 30!

Over a month since I sent my phone back to @VodafoneUK for trade-in. 10+ days since I had a text to say they've received it. Still no payment received. Safe to say I'll just sell it on eBay in future. Awful service.
