@VodafoneUK was then told they had turned up but only checked outside but needed to come back Monday to fix, couldn't get an answer why they couldn't fix it today. Worst customer experience I have ever had, if it isn't fixed by tomorrow then I will move my business elsewhere.

Working from home due to the snow but @VodafoneUK broadband isn't working. Call helpline, automated system says problem in the area, theyre "working on it". it hung up without option to speak to anyone.Down at 9pm last night ETA fix 6pm. Refund for the 21hrs without service? 🤔

@VodafoneUK I spent 2.5 hours on the phone y'day w. Vodafone - 2nd line technical support, then an installation person & then complaints. I was given a commitment a manager would call me. I've had total radio silence. My 92 yr old mother is classed by you as vulnerable. How can I get help?
