    @VodafoneUK thanks for the 9.3% increase on both my mobile and broadband, could have chose either one or the other and not both Not happy at all, will be cancelling both as soon as my contract on both ends, customer loyalty means sweet fa these days

    @VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

    @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK Maybe this public exposure will actually shame someone higher up your organisation to look into why it is failing. To have the order cancelled, knowing about it (as proved by router not being sent), but not to tell the customer is utterly unforgivable. I was expecting FTTP today!

    @VodafoneUK You know what? I'm not particularly well. To find out why, all your middle management and above should be subjected to half an hour of your "Can I get it right now?" hold "music" loop played on a mobile phone, after being told twice by a robot to use a web page that doesn't work.

    @VodafoneUK - shocking service. Tried 4 times since Feb to cancel two watches on my account that are out of contract. Still getting charged for them. Have been sat on hold for 30 minutes as someone tries to cancel them. Absolutely disgraceful.
