@VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

Moved to @VodafoneUK for better signal at home, first month no problems at all, last 2 days no signal at all during the day. Not great when your phone is a key part of your job and live chat was ZERO help after a couple of hours 😡

@VodafoneUK Ok..I'll DM you but, it's not a connection issue we just don't have 5G in my area..but 2 miles down the road they do have 5G & seem 2 have had it 4 at least a year if not longer. It's just frustrating that Ill be eligible 4 upgrade in Oct but fone not able 2 show full capability

Well done @VodafoneUK for disappointing me once again. Upon renewal prompted to swap over to eSim. I did and now i have no network. Your chat support is posting me a new physical sim card. I have no phone or data and paying for your service.
