    @VodafoneUK possibly the worse customer service I have ever received, if you choose to use an internet service please make sure your companies communications are flowing throughout

    @VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

    @VodafoneUK has anyone noticed how useless the robots at customer service are and they don't listen and also hang up on you and leave you on hold for ages only to come back and say exactly what they said at the beginning of the call and do everything they can not to send engineer

    @VodafoneUK WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SORT MY COMPLAINT. 6 mths now. I still don't have Home Broadband. I work from home. I'm relying on a MyFi which is inadequate. I feel the Advocacy Team/Customer relations Team are purposefully ignoring my case now @AhmedShelbaya @OmbudServices

    @VodafoneUK I remember my interview for you I basically refused to do it. You asked me the most bizarre questions and had me do ridiculous role play. JUST LET ME SELL PHONES FOR **** SAKE WHAT HAS ANY OF THIS GOT TO DO WITH SALES

    Oh joy, @VodafoneUK contract increasing by nearly 14% this month. It ends next month so that's made my decision to cancel much more straightforward. Most won't be so lucky

    Email from @VodafoneUK stating 14.4% increase in all my phone bills. 10.5% as CPI increase, which had better be because they're increasing staff wages by 10.5% (if not, @VodafoneUK staff, get your union to call a strike!), and 3.9% for investment in the network. Out of order!

    No @VodafoneUK network in my house . As I walk up street it returns. Site says my area RH16 ok but 2 days now and I’m pissed right off. Sort it out
