@VodafoneUK thanks for the 9.3% increase on both my mobile and broadband, could have chose either one or the other and not both Not happy at all, will be cancelling both as soon as my contract on both ends, customer loyalty means sweet fa these days

@Ofcom Do you keep an eye on the number of complaints against @virginmedia & @VodafoneUK? It’s staggering how many people have issues yet nothing is done about them. Should be able to cancel contracts if issues extend beyond a month, they’d have power if we didn’t pay for a month

@VodafoneUK My broadband drops out multiple times a day to the point I can’t sit and watch a film. When I spoke to someone they said the increase in people working from home was putting a strain on the network. How many people are working from home at 23:30 as it’s just dropped?

What a shambles. Ordered a mobile wifi dongle from @VodafoneUK last week next day delivery because I needed last weekend. Never arrived so wanted to call and cancel. Spent 2 hours on hold and when I explained the problem. They hung up on me. 🤬😡

@RTKfarmer @Arm @VodafoneUK I changed network because I couldn't get a reliable voice signal on one farm with Vodafone and the area of land doesn't have a postcode of its own which seemed to be a stumbling block. Some of my co-workers are still on Vodafone and I can't get a voice call to them there.
