@VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

@VodafoneUK @thortful Can you stop cutting out please. Or put a tweet saying your broadband has an issue and our engineers are resolving it as soon as possible! Your broadband is good just fix the outages. And let people know instead of leaving everyone to believe it's hour end and having to wait!

@VodafoneUK No but trying to deal with your tech team is usually a pain in the arse. Other providers have a service status so you know of any local outages. Regarding the failed speed, all you've done is give me 15% off. Might need to check my rights and go back to @virginmedia
