    @VodafoneUK what’s happening with your network? All my Curve trackers stopped working yesterday, told by live chat yesterday that you’re working on it. Down for almost 24hrs already. Poor.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve upgraded today but having sim issues-I cannot get through to customer services at all, the shop in town can’t sort this particular issue and neither can webchat. Seriously considering cancelling and going elsewhere despite being a customer for 10+ years!

    @VodafoneUK Shame it doesn't work in a 18 hour power cut. It gave up in SA62 area after very few hours on Friday. So much for us being told mobiles are a backup for all digital landlines.

    @ClareJosa @VodafoneUK My guess is that it will be fixed after storm Franklin is over. There must be quite a few faults related to the storms. Poor customer/ service management if they can't admit to that.

    No phone or internet service since Saturday morning. Thanks @VodafoneUK you’re really helping this small business. First it was modem, then it was line fault then it would be on in 3 hours. Thank god for neighbours who let you piggyback their provider. No way to run a business.

    @VodafoneUK During the storm it was over 24hours with none of that, completely cut off with no elec, landlines or Vodafone calling signal or 3G / 4G at all

It is so obvious they are handling multiple customers at once, which means they can only possibly deliver appalling service. One asked for my # four times…
