    Hi @VodafoneUK you send me the wrong device (let's ignore the ten days late, for now). Your website help says to live chat; your live chat said to call you. I was on hold for ten minutes before I hung up. Do I need to do a chargeback to get your attention?

    @PriscillaMay @VodafoneUK Today is 3 weeks for me after placing an order on the 16th November, I was told it was due last week, my phone has been picked and issued an Imei but no dispatch told not to chase now until after the 9th Dec. Vodafone need to issue a public statement and apology to customers.
