    @VodafoneUK I’ve upgraded today but having sim issues-I cannot get through to customer services at all, the shop in town can’t sort this particular issue and neither can webchat. Seriously considering cancelling and going elsewhere despite being a customer for 10+ years!

    @VodafoneUK I have already spoken to three of your advisors who have all been useless and transferred me around every other department and all saying contradicting things. So speaking to an advisor through dm will likely give the same outcome. Your manager I spoke to was the worst one

    @VodafoneUK I left Vodafone once, another network, a hard sell. Signed up to the network, experience was hell. If only I’d known, I could have….I might…everything about it was, to be blunt, just shite. So what now? I’d never have known. Cancelled my contract & came back home @VodafoneUK 🙌🏻

    @VodafoneUK My elderly uncle took on Vodaphone services what a nightmare. Absolutely no idea of customer services for the elderly who just want a service.I have to constantly spend hours sorting out vodaphone's mess up. live 3 hrs away!am very angry

    @VodafoneUK I signed up to a contract which was supposed to include a £2 travel premium to access 83 countries. It wasn't added now I'm being charged £6 a day in Canada. Can you please help sort this out!!! It's not my fault someone forgot to add it.
