  • archer_dread theoutlawedarcher (@archer_dread) reported from Colburn, England

Unfortunately for the minute there will be no stream. As my internet is deciding to be utter garbage & keeps turning off 🤬 Raging is an understatement right now!!! Fix your shit @VodafoneUK

  • chrisfruss Chris Russ (@chrisfruss) reported from Crook, England

@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK @cgre @TfL Awful decision. What a step backwards in your service provision. Every London Vodafone commuter relies on this, and every other major network offers it. I literally cannot figure this one out.

  • popeskoo Tiago Silva (@popeskoo) reported

Whilst I am here, @VodafoneUK veeery poor signal in B240HT, no Internet inside the house and sometimes not even signal for a basic phone call... #21stcenturyissues #Disappointed #oldinfrastructure

  • nickisrani Nick (@nickisrani) reported

@VodafoneUK That link is NOT a news piece. It's a support article. Are customers are expected to regularly read the Vodafone website for changes to services and T&Cs? @VodafoneUK takes no responsibility in proactively communicating this to customers?

  • nuuthatch Neil Munday (@nuuthatch) reported

@VodafoneUK Yes . Shambles. Have Vodafone pro that can’t connect to half my smart aps in the house. Known issue. There’s isn’t a fix. Vodafone pro should be withdrawn from sale. Shambles

  • OpTheatreGopher A_Londoner (@OpTheatreGopher) reported

@VodafoneUK 2/2 ...so, your speeds are not guaranteed, but heavily managed. And your phone's functionality is severely impeded. Your offering is not "the best", but is, in reality, among the worst. You also do not allow users to use VPNs, is that also right @VodafoneUK ??

  • rjcb50 RichardB (@rjcb50) reported

@VodafoneUK Have you stopped doing WiFi on the underground? W er to connect this morning and can’t find a signal?

  • dj_chalky Daniel White (@dj_chalky) reported

Why does @EE make everything so difficult? I put my @VodafoneUK SIM in my new 5G phone and everything just works (except the speeds are terrible) with @EE I have to change my plan to a 5G-ready plan but then I can't upgrade my plan for another month! 5G shouldn't be an add-on!

  • DanM______ Dan (@DanM______) reported

@VodafoneUK @seadogmariner I wish the 25GB limit was higher with unlimited plans, but I think you'll be getting a new customer when my plan with EE is up, I'm not paying them every day I'm abroad

  • dominic_conte Dominic Conte (@dominic_conte) reported

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the cookie cutter response, but you've gone from WiFi across most of the network to 4G signal over a small part of one line. Hardly a saving grace. How about the Northern, Victoria, Bakerloo, Piccadilly and others?

  • borristhepanda Borris the Panda (@borristhepanda) reported

@redmeister81 @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK Three years is an insane amount of time to have to commit to a mobile phone contract. Hell.. two years is a long time. So much can change during that time, both in terms of the mobile market and the customer's circumstances and needs.
