@VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

@VodafoneUK actually telling us that we should only use the 5GHz WiFi for devices 'close to the router' to solve the insane problems we've had lately. If it wasn't so frustrating the joke would be hilarious. But it is and so it's not. But we must wait 24hrs to prove this insanity

@VodafoneUK completed a form to swap from PAYG to PAYM on Friday, had no service since Friday night. I’ve phone multiple times to be told yes it will be done in 24 hours (today was told by midnight)it’s getting ridiculous now. Leaving someone this many days with no service

@VodafoneUK Very poor service from you. Been trying to contact customer service for over a week. Eventually get to cancellation department online, get to No 4 in the Q, customer survey pops up and kicks you out. Want to speak to person, not online chat!!!

I've dealt with plenty of businesses that offer lousy service, but @VodafoneUK make it almost impossible to buy their products. It's as if they would actually prefer people to buy from a competitor. Seriously thinking about shorting the stock. Extraordinary.
