    @VodafoneUK hi I recently joined Vodafone and subsequently have been receiving an awful lot of unsolicited ‘no caller id’ numbers who don’t reply when I answer the call. What can I do about this please?

    @VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

    Unfortunately for the minute there will be no stream. As my internet is deciding to be utter garbage & keeps turning off 🤬 Raging is an understatement right now!!! Fix your shit @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I’ve upgraded today but having sim issues-I cannot get through to customer services at all, the shop in town can’t sort this particular issue and neither can webchat. Seriously considering cancelling and going elsewhere despite being a customer for 10+ years!

    @VodafoneUK so your useless call centre stating no service in Ipswich area for 3 days now, no idea when it will be sorted yet you want customers to chase you for compensation when sorted? Surely YOU should be contacting affected customers?! When will this issue be sorted exactly?

    Can @VodafoneUK have better customer service- it takes ages to speak to a human. Tobi is good for simple tasks but doesn’t redirect to a live agent easily.

After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    We're out of contract (broadband) with @BT. They quoted £167+VAT for two lines into our church site. @VodafoneUK less than half that so we went with them (and v pleased with the service). However, can't fault BT for being VERY (too) persistent in trying to win us back.
