@VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

@VodafoneUK 4 - So, it's like Catch-22 with a bit of Kafka-esque "we can't tell you what the security problem is because that would be a security problem" - even though I can access my account page and you are quite happy to take money from me despite the problem.

@VodafoneUK should be ashamed of yourselves! Me and my wife have been with Vodafone since we where 18 years old, we’ve never had another provider for 14 years. We rang for a new deal to only get told we couldn’t get any discount applied to any prices. Our loyalty meant nothing!

@VodafoneUK I've been a customer of Vodafone for a very long time, probably over 10 years. I upgraded to a new phone on a 24mth contract 4 years ago and was told I could upgrade for free after 18 mths due to being a valued customer.
