    @VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro and I have no signal what so ever... texts aren’t delivering or sending. Phone calls aren’t working... currently sat in my house in an outstanding area with no bars... @VodafoneUK I’m sorry can I come back 😫😫😫

    @VodafoneUK I’ve upgraded today but having sim issues-I cannot get through to customer services at all, the shop in town can’t sort this particular issue and neither can webchat. Seriously considering cancelling and going elsewhere despite being a customer for 10+ years!

    @VodafoneUK I've been promised a call back twice on 2 separate occasions since Sunday. No phone call. Simple issue to resolve and you just can't get @VodafoneUK to respond. Well done for putting your customers first. Unacceptable.

    @VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

    I am not usually one to go to social media however. I was due to go live with @VodafoneUK broadband on the 4th May. ONT is live and ready to go however my router does not work. After 5 phone calls to customer service’s it is still not working. I have been told multiple times it

    Can @VodafoneUK please remove their #false #advertisement of #ipadpro2021 available for pre order when its not available. Wasted hours for customers who cant upgrade or buy online, through customer service and their internal system.
