    @VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

I left years ago after I renewed 12mo contract with them and was left 2 weeks without data, couldn't fix it and tried to charge for 12mo for breaking the contract. I showed 14 emails to CEO office before it was solved. 5 years later I received outstanding credit.

    @VodafoneUK Why do you not provide proof of purchase at the point of sale? Having to request it later adds to the stress & delay of claiming for a lost/stolen device. Issue it at point of sale and include 'save this as you may need it in the event of a claim'. Such an easy win.

Oh and Vodaphone likes to notify him via text if he needs to text or call someone that they're charging him for those days but never notified him of these data charges... So he had no clue this was happening.

    @WeAreOpenreach @VodafoneUK well I heartily recommend no one us vodafone and openreach for full fibre. Promised an engineer today by vodafone openreach cancel as they need me to check its powered up. Only I supplied that info yesterday to vodafone. Incompetent or negligent?
