    @VodafoneUK now I have no broadband service at all..and you even told me to go to another provider..even though it’s your company that has left me with no Broadband.I still think mis-selling is illegal. I aim to seek compensation for lost work.

    @VodafoneUK I don't, I've had my O2 account credited with £30 for the inconvenience of having no mobile signal in Stanhope for nearly 2 weeks. However it appears Vodafone customer service isn't so good and @MardybumHelen is one of those customers

    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK it’s only three short months until @emmajaneshaw89 can get rid of your absolutely terrible broadband service. Constant slow connection, downtime and the need to buffer everything. Whilst we are also paying for top package that you can’t deliver speed on. 😱

    @VodafoneUK #google would probably do a better job. #Vodaphone #broadband messing around on technical support line. Said expect engineer btwn 8 & 1 but now say ‘BT’ engineer is not coming until tomorrow after 1pm. It's shocking. We haven’t had internet in the office for 3 days.

    @VodafoneUK Are you connected to Vodaphone business broadband? If so We are a business - calling the customer support line (call centre in India) and every day they want to do remote checks and despite assurances otherwise NO Engineer has been dispatched! Call handler just isn’t competent!
