    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Charged £86 + unjustified then can’t get through on the phone for over an hour then when I get an answer it’s the wrong department who just hang up instead of put me to the right one 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK having issues with nuisance calls from a number very similar to my own. Only the last 3 digits are different. I rang one of the numbers back today and the person who answered says she never rang me but has a similar number to me and is having the same problem with 1/2

    Cancelled broadband contract with @VodafoneUK last month but they didn’t cancel. Spent hours on chat and phone and eventually they cancelled. Checked tonight and they’ve restarted contract without me knowing. On chat hours and they’ve disconnected! AVOID Vodafone

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
