    @VodafoneUK I don't, I've had my O2 account credited with £30 for the inconvenience of having no mobile signal in Stanhope for nearly 2 weeks. However it appears Vodafone customer service isn't so good and @MardybumHelen is one of those customers

Raise it to customer relations and don't let them fob you off with anything less. Failing that, start taking names and tagging them into an email to the ceo.
