    Had an abysmal #broadband installation from @VodafoneUK yesterday. Not working today. I kept the #virgin cable service until I was sure it was working. Good move because #vodafone are cheap but hopeless.

    Still offered me nothing offered to find out what has happened @VodafoneUK ?!...I know what’s happened my live date was delayed 35 days knowing the reason isn’t gonna get me lost money and time back it’s not gonna make me feel better or sleep easy at night. Customer service tosh

    So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

    @VodafoneUK Oh I’ve had no issues getting in contact, the issue is the advisor didn’t listen or understand that all I wanted was to unlink a watch on my plan from my number - that’s literally it!! An hour and a half for that! It’s sorted now but painful experience to say the least. Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

    @VodafoneUK having issues with nuisance calls from a number very similar to my own. Only the last 3 digits are different. I rang one of the numbers back today and the person who answered says she never rang me but has a similar number to me and is having the same problem with 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Hi I’ve done this before and nothing has happened because you always say the signal is fine in my area when it’s clearly not. I’m paying nearly £70 a month and I can barely get on the internet

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone your great for abroad but terrible in areas and we’ve been without Vodafone signal on our phones for the last week (I believe a mast out) and the train station bearing in mind a mainline station has no signal? Can someone please ensure every train station has a signal?

    @VodafoneUK That’s all well and good but there is constantly an issue. If I sit on the sofa there is little 4G if I move to the window it gets better. Ridiculous in this day and age.

    @VodafoneUK How to lose a customer? Dont send out an order for a child’s birthday then after customer and child have waited 10 days for nothing cancel the entire order for nothing… BRAVO extremely upset child and one customer lost 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    @VodafoneUK @hooker1uk Im having issues everywhere I go. Data not great but mainly phone signal. Impossible to hold a conversation in a moving vehicle. Cut off every time. South West England. Have you turned off half your antennas or something? Because I’ll be leaving at this rate.

    @SamsungUK if your new s22 ultra has arrived with out a charger and with a defective charging cable (its usb-c on both ends!) do you go through yourselves or your phone provider (@VodafoneUK )? That cable glitch is damn odd.
