@VodafoneUK @Ofcom so I ask for PAC CODE to leave network early. Agreed to early term fee which then goes up by over £30 as I wish to retain my own number. They are making a killing out of unsuspecting customers. #disgracefulcustomerservice Complaint raised.

@VodafoneUK now I have no broadband service at all..and you even told me to go to another provider..even though it’s your company that has left me with no Broadband.I still think mis-selling is illegal. I aim to seek compensation for lost work.

@VodafoneUK I don't, I've had my O2 account credited with £30 for the inconvenience of having no mobile signal in Stanhope for nearly 2 weeks. However it appears Vodafone customer service isn't so good and @MardybumHelen is one of those customers

@VodafoneUK why are you really trying to promote the Samsung galaxy Z flip 4? How's about adding the nothing phone or Asus ZenFone to your range? Your 5G is poor when inside buildings. Still not addressed that issue.
