    Had an abysmal #broadband installation from @VodafoneUK yesterday. Not working today. I kept the #virgin cable service until I was sure it was working. Good move because #vodafone are cheap but hopeless.

    @VodafoneUK no mobile phone Internet in the Ne10 area of Gateshead for around 6 weeks. Affecting lots of my colleagues on Vodafone too. Is there an issue?

    @VodafoneUK Oh I’ve had no issues getting in contact, the issue is the advisor didn’t listen or understand that all I wanted was to unlink a watch on my plan from my number - that’s literally it!! An hour and a half for that! It’s sorted now but painful experience to say the least. Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK daughter’s phone faulty a couple of weeks after purchase.Sent away twice to be repaired only for it to be sent back today for the second time still damaged! Paying a fortune still for this contract without a phone! Customer service absolutely horrendous #avoid

    @VodafoneUK having issues with nuisance calls from a number very similar to my own. Only the last 3 digits are different. I rang one of the numbers back today and the person who answered says she never rang me but has a similar number to me and is having the same problem with 1/2

    @VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

    Just received notification that from April, ie with no notice, my @VodafoneUK bill is going up 14.4%. I've only had the contract for 7 months making a mockery of customer service. Is it safe to say all mobile company's are literal thieves? On principle, I will be switching asap.

    @VodafoneUK @pmiddy78 I think you are missing the point that your long term customer has made! Loyal customers shouldn't have to "hang on until the end of the month" to get the best deal. You may as well say that you prefer putting your monthly network targets before your loyal customers.
