Had an abysmal #broadband installation from @VodafoneUK yesterday. Not working today. I kept the #virgin cable service until I was sure it was working. Good move because #vodafone are cheap but hopeless.

@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@VodafoneUK It’s was a technical problem on your side where my SIM card was blocked or something, but they’ve sorted it out and switched me back on. Vodafone have terrible reception in LONDON! Crap 4G and crap customer service. I will be moving my families 5 contracts to EE in April.

@VodafoneUK I've been a loyal customer to Vodafone for year's. Today my service was cut of without any notice because I'm 1 months payment behind. Contacted customer services. Offered a payment plan. They still wouldn't put my service back on untill i pay in full. Outstanding balance £40.97
