    @VodafoneUK must be the worst company@in the world for its customer service I have been passed around more times than I remember and still no where. I recommend you stay away from this company and get your stuff elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I wish to cancel an account which is out of contract & I haven’t used for months. It’s a sim only sat in an iPad. So not able to dial 191. Your queue time is 43 minutes on the 0333 number. How can I cancel without wasting an hour of incurred charges

    @VodafoneUK can someone please help with my iPhone 12. Not getting 5G. Checked firmware, ensured it’s all on from the handset. Seems it’s a common problem on Voda forums that can be resolved by de-provision/re-provisioning. Call CS but it cuts off after 15/20 minutes of queuing.
