    Pleased our @VodafoneUK broadband contract is now up. This WiFi has been awful for too long! Time to go somewhere who will actually send a human to sort it out once and for all!

    Still offered me nothing offered to find out what has happened @VodafoneUK ?!...I know what’s happened my live date was delayed 35 days knowing the reason isn’t gonna get me lost money and time back it’s not gonna make me feel better or sleep easy at night. Customer service tosh

    @VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Charged £86 + unjustified then can’t get through on the phone for over an hour then when I get an answer it’s the wrong department who just hang up instead of put me to the right one 😡😡😡

    Hey @VodafoneUK what was the user need for you sharing important phone numbers for me to call for support in a chat, then providing me with a "mail this chat" option WHERE THE ACTUAL PHONE NUMBERS ARE REPLACED WITH XXXXXXXXXXX Poor. I actually need the actual numbers, not XXXX

    @VodafoneUK I've checked Superfast 2 broadband is offered at my postcode. Does it include caller display with the line rental as standard ? Also, I've read reports the Vodafone router range is poor. What coverage should I expect throughout a 4-bed semi ? Thanks.
