Matt Michell (@matt_michell) reported from Southwater, England@VodafoneUK I paid my phone bill a few days ago, I can see the money has gone out from my account to Vodafone but I've been receiving texts saying it's still due. When I call support it keeps trying to make me pay the bill again. Is there anyone I can speak to about this?

MAGIC3CPFC🦅❤️💙🦅❤️💙 (@MAGIC72) reported from Crawley, England@Jonnogreig @VodafoneUK Good luck with that. I have been waiting for them to unlock my paid up phone since early July so I can make calls or receive from another provider. Customer service appalling and all they do is make excuses & blame apple 🍎 or their NUC team for a service that should take 10 days
-

-
𝚂h𝚊z (@NotThatShaz) reported from Godstone, England@paulifd @VodafoneUK Yeah, 4G in places still isn't covered. I've not used my 'new' phone yet so never got to test out if 5G was available but they were trying to sell the higher unlimited package that had "faster" internet & ****. Wasn't worth the risk though. I'd have been paying extra for nothing.
-
Travel Gxng ✈🌎🌴 (@TravelGxng) reported from Crawley, England@VodafoneUK @chiekoarts2020 I can't connect to Broadband. Is there a problem?

Robert Kilcoyne (@robkilcoyne) reportedDear @VodafoneUK why do you make it SO difficult to speak to a human in your cust service team? -
Nabootique (@Vince_Noir77) reported@Iromg You can be with criminal supporting @VodafoneUK or you can support your country. You cant do both. Does @VodafoneUK realise they are throwing women off these boats mid crossing? This is a criminal organisation.
-
