    @VodafoneUK I paid my phone bill a few days ago, I can see the money has gone out from my account to Vodafone but I've been receiving texts saying it's still due. When I call support it keeps trying to make me pay the bill again. Is there anyone I can speak to about this?

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

    The level of incompetence @VodafoneUK meets new lows each time I have the misfortune of dealing with them. One month after leaving my disabled daughter still cannot use her phone. Fix the problem

    @VodafoneUK when we renewed our contract a few months ago we were told you were going to send us the latest Hub. Have never received it. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for over an hour so gave up. Please sort this!!

    @mileswithshell @VodafoneUK It’s the worst ever I did a live chat with them took 2 hours and 2 people and 2 bots when the bill came it was more so I sent a copy of the chat and saved and they said we should not of gave you that price but will honour the deal

    @paulifd @VodafoneUK Yeah, 4G in places still isn't covered. I've not used my 'new' phone yet so never got to test out if 5G was available but they were trying to sell the higher unlimited package that had "faster" internet & ****. Wasn't worth the risk though. I'd have been paying extra for nothing.

I know from my time there that they worked their arses off to improve the problems (and profile) of their customer service and it just feels like it's back to that substandard level again. An inflexible inability to recognise when a customer has been wronged

    @VodafoneUK have been given ‘proof’ there are still issues on my #gigafast connection. Third line aren’t accepting it as they’ve been told by @CityFibre it’s been fixed. It hasn’t, you have proof it isn’t fixed. Guess you don’t know what you’re doing!
