MAGIC3CPFC🦅❤️💙🦅❤️💙 (@MAGIC72) reported from Crawley, England@Jonnogreig @VodafoneUK Good luck with that. I have been waiting for them to unlock my paid up phone since early July so I can make calls or receive from another provider. Customer service appalling and all they do is make excuses & blame apple 🍎 or their NUC team for a service that should take 10 days

Steve Hill (@smkh777) reported from Rudgwick, England@VodafoneUK Thanks @VodafoneUK but as soon as i log in as existing customer you either get ‘buy as additional plan’ or upgrade with a new phone. I just want to replace my current contract with SIM only. It might not be what you want me to do but it’s my preference and can’t do #vodaphoneuk

©️🅾️↪️ℹ️♎ Ⓜ️🅰️♌♌⭕©️♓💲 (@colin_maddocks) reported from Crawley, EnglandApparently the ignorance and stupidity is spreading. @VodafoneUK 4G mast burnt down in #Crawley by idiots. I hope the police find them, and lock them up before they can disconnect anyone else from their loved ones during this difficult time. These criminals need to be stopped!

Terry Bennett (@terrybennett671) reported from Crawley, England@mileswithshell @VodafoneUK It’s the worst ever I did a live chat with them took 2 hours and 2 people and 2 bots when the bill came it was more so I sent a copy of the chat and saved and they said we should not of gave you that price but will honour the deal
-
Sara Eloquin (@moulouanne) reported from Horsham, England@VodafoneUK Please demonstrate your Customer care by sharing your research into the safety of this technology. Lloyd’s clearly think it’s unsafe as they will not insure against 5G health complaints.
-
Mark T (@marktikky) reported from Crawley, England@VodafoneUK it seems that your data network is down here in Crawley but your live chat said it was my data settings on my phone... which I haven’t touched since I got this phone and have been fine the rest of the time 🙄

Maria Cook 🌈✈️🎭 (@AutyWarriorMum) reported from Crawley, EnglandCan someone from @VodafoneUK contact me pls ASAP. I’ve been a customer since you were #PeoplesPhone &I’ve just had to do my upgrade over the phone (Tammy) as the online&Tobi options were quite frankly useless. Tammy was GREAT, BUT she couldn’t add my 20% discount on. Oh dear....

mark roxburgh (@markroxy) reported from Newick, England@VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.
-
JON white hart LANE (@JonOlias1981) reported from Edenbridge, EnglandReally appreciated the email from @VodafoneUK today saying my bill is going up. It’s not like there’s any more pressing issues at the moment. If only it was as easy to leave as they up their prices.

Chris McGonigall 😷💉 💙💚🧡 (@chrisMcG4) reported from Crawley, England@HindsHelen @VodafoneUK We've had so many issues over the years. Sky was OK but slow. Virgin never even got provisioned and EE was practically non existent for the 2 years we had to endure it. Vodafone has been ok but the connection issues and no real ability to speak to a human is difficult.
-

Graham Sephton (@MickeyMcMonkey) reported@VodafoneUK absolutely abysmal. You cut my wife's SIM off after some mixup with an esim transfer on Thursday It's now Sunday and we're still being constantly told it'll be another 24 to 48 hours. Complaint already been made but still no progress and no proactive updates. Joke.
-
Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing my my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.
