@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

@Jonnogreig @VodafoneUK Good luck with that. I have been waiting for them to unlock my paid up phone since early July so I can make calls or receive from another provider. Customer service appalling and all they do is make excuses & blame apple 🍎 or their NUC team for a service that should take 10 days

@VodafoneUK when we renewed our contract a few months ago we were told you were going to send us the latest Hub. Have never received it. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for over an hour so gave up. Please sort this!!

@VodafoneUK I transferred my number from EE > O2 (only with them a few days as signal was bad in my area) then > Vodafone over 1 week ago - Signal great but I am still unable to receive calls or texts from EE numbers. Cust service have twice told me it will be sorted - Help!

@ayupitswill @VodafoneUK Vodafone are a bag of ****. My mum asked for a cap to be put on my lil brother's contract and they agreed to it on the phone but never put it on. So when he racked up a £1k phone bill they expected that she payed it. They record their phonecalls so don't back down and pay it.
