    Apparently the ignorance and stupidity is spreading. @VodafoneUK 4G mast burnt down in #Crawley by idiots. I hope the police find them, and lock them up before they can disconnect anyone else from their loved ones during this difficult time. These criminals need to be stopped!

    Can someone from @VodafoneUK contact me pls ASAP. I’ve been a customer since you were #PeoplesPhone &I’ve just had to do my upgrade over the phone (Tammy) as the online&Tobi options were quite frankly useless. Tammy was GREAT, BUT she couldn’t add my 20% discount on. Oh dear....

    @Jonnogreig @VodafoneUK Good luck with that. I have been waiting for them to unlock my paid up phone since early July so I can make calls or receive from another provider. Customer service appalling and all they do is make excuses & blame apple 🍎 or their NUC team for a service that should take 10 days

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

    @VodafoneUK thanks for the crap service I’m getting from over the phone to in store in Crawley. No one wants to help. My phone has been faulty since returning from repair. Battery just goes at any point and first come back on. It’s still under warranty. Y can’t I just get a phone

    @VodafoneUK Help! Tried bot, bot said speak to adviser. Tried that. Need account. Tried to register, 'under maintenance'. Chat bot stops responding. Go to vodafone site, register there. Works! Great! Try to log in, sorry an error occurred. Try to reset password. Goes to VOXI(?)

To clarify it’s not just Vodaphone, I’ve had similar issues with false promises from other internet companies and it’s not until you call them out that they decide to take action. Hope you get it sorted!

    @Sianwelby @VodafoneUK We recently had a problem moving from Vodafone to BT, the engineer didn’t turn up & they could only give us a date 9 weeks later. They did however give us compensation of £5 per day, a £26 refund & issued us with a ‘wireless hub’ which was strong enough for TV & Xbox.
