    @VodafoneUK when we renewed our contract a few months ago we were told you were going to send us the latest Hub. Have never received it. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for over an hour so gave up. Please sort this!!

    Apparently the ignorance and stupidity is spreading. @VodafoneUK 4G mast burnt down in #Crawley by idiots. I hope the police find them, and lock them up before they can disconnect anyone else from their loved ones during this difficult time. These criminals need to be stopped!

    Can someone from @VodafoneUK contact me pls ASAP. I’ve been a customer since you were #PeoplesPhone &I’ve just had to do my upgrade over the phone (Tammy) as the online&Tobi options were quite frankly useless. Tammy was GREAT, BUT she couldn’t add my 20% discount on. Oh dear....

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

    @Jonnogreig @VodafoneUK Good luck with that. I have been waiting for them to unlock my paid up phone since early July so I can make calls or receive from another provider. Customer service appalling and all they do is make excuses & blame apple 🍎 or their NUC team for a service that should take 10 days

    @VodafoneUK kept on hold for 1hr+, for 2nd time, to say although my contract ends in 24hrs I cant set anything until after that&if I dont go with them&take another deal, I can't keep my no&to 'just sit in the longer queues on the weekend'. Wheres the customer service or loyalty?!

    @VodafoneUK I've chatted with an 'advisor'. Please tell me why vodafone have started charging for a service that is not activated & could be up to 72 hours until the service is activated? Notice, i had to contact vodafone to get this information. Got to say really crap customer service.

    You can tell how valued you are as a customer by escalating to management about a concern you have @VodafoneUK and no reply. I think I’ve been more than patient so today as I’ve requested a PAC code to search for another deal. New phone sorted. Would not recommend Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK Hi there, Just tried to access my account an hour ago, details were correct and account wouldn't log in. Spoke to online support to try to rectify this whilst getting a phone upgrade at the same time. Told to wait for 50 minutes for a queue, then promptly hung up on.
