@VodafoneUK My 4G/3G has not been working since Wednesday, it says it’s there next to the signal but nothing using internet works at all unless I’m on wifi, I’ve been in France & UK this last week & it’s not working in either, data and data roaming is switched on, please help!

Just got a text from @VodafoneUK to say in line with “inflation” my contract will be going up 2.5% ... again You would think they would just freeze increases in the midst of a global pandemic where communication is more vital than ever. You just lost a future customer.

@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

@VodafoneUK I've just cancelled 2 of my 3 plans. The email I received says "If you've decided to switch because of something we did wrong, let us put things right – just get in touch to talk about your options. We'd like to do all we can to keep you with us." It took me 3 hours to cancel!!!

@VodafoneUK Hello Callum, I was trying to terminate my account. Eventually managed to do a live chat with someone who after some more tinesaid he would have to transfer me to the dedicated team who were just about to finish and would I want put through to them, which seemed pointless.
