@VodafoneUK well I have waited the specific time for an email from Vodafone to unlock my phone. They said it should be done 24-48 hrs and 7-10 days well today is the tenth day and nothing so rude and unhelpful need my phone as cannot use landline

@VodafoneUK are officially ****. 25 years I’ve had my mobile number. Yesterday, following a convoluted week trying to activate a SIM for an unrelated device, 3 times without success, the agent managed to kill my actual phone SIM. How? No-one knows. Phone still dead.

@VodafoneUK Nope. You'll only talk to the account holder, even though my name is on the account too. I can literally pick up her phone from the other side of the desk and pretend to be her, but you'll still not resvole the issue. Not sure why you even have a social media presence.
