    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    @VodafoneUK well I have waited the specific time for an email from Vodafone to unlock my phone. They said it should be done 24-48 hrs and 7-10 days well today is the tenth day and nothing so rude and unhelpful need my phone as cannot use landline

    So just had a new iPhone 12 sent out from @VodafoneUK and it doesn’t come with a charger ? Do i have to shoot out and get one before the battery gets to 50% and then it wont update? 1st world problems. And whilst I’m at it covid is a bell end

    @VodafoneUK well, yet again Vodafone let me down. I moved home last Friday, and the "easy switch team" Let me down. I gave the required 30 days notice to swith to our new address, they let me down told me it would be today, now its not till next week, What an absolute disgrace

    @VodafoneUK I recently changed plan and my plan includes Entertainment. First you charged me for Spotify Premium which you confirmed you shouldn't. Now you reverted me back to Free - and now I cannot add Spotify Premium for free even I'm entitled to it! Bad experience.
