I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

-
Sera (@Sarah234132) reported@VodafoneUK Please can you help me? 5th time I've asked.
-
Adrian Rogers (@AJRAllModCons) reportedHey @VodafoneUK - can someone contact me? Four years ago you cancelled my contract because you had no signal in my village. I’ve been to borrow money today for the first time in 40 years. I have no credit rating because you say I owe £890 from 4 years ago. I’ve spent 6 hours
-
Prudence (@Maria_Alfie39) reported@VodafoneUK Can ANYONE in Vodafone that can assist without me having to explain my issues 100 times to people that just don’t understand?
-
Jane Gilbert (@agonydoc) reportedShocking service from @VodafoneUK - the #bereavement team spent so long transferring my deceased father's account that it triggered defaults and intimidating threats of legal action and cutting off the mobile, broadband and home line of a vulnerable, grieving 89 year old woman
-
LB (@BoozerArab) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK They did the same to me 10 years ago so I left them for EE. They told me to cancel my direct debit while in dispute then they go and add a bad mark on my credit rating. Took years to resolve, had to go to the ombudsman.
-
Colin Smith (@smithco76) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Same experience when my father died in September. Everyone was fantastic. Insurance, banks, utilities. Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads
-
Paul Ryan (@pjryan51) reportedGiven up on Vodafone after 15 years. All network providers in UK are a bit of a disaster at the moment but @VodafoneUK seems to have all bit given up. No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !
-
Wendydyson 💜 (@Wendydyson8) reported@VodafoneUK very disappointed with lack of care/service to mum . Power of attorney means nothing apparently. Her phone is broken.Had to cancel her contract as been on phone over 50 mins as mum doesn’t know her code. She has memory problems hence I’m power of attorney. #complaint
-
Fran 💚 (@bonnieofclyde) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my grandad died, the council sent my Mum a bill as he hadn’t given notice to quit his OAP bungalow. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

FourSaints (@Parishof4Saints) reportedWe're out of contract (broadband) with @BT. They quoted £167+VAT for two lines into our church site. @VodafoneUK less than half that so we went with them (and v pleased with the service). However, can't fault BT for being VERY (too) persistent in trying to win us back.
