    @VodafoneUK ..Gu29 area...WiFi problems all weekend and today... your phone signal is rubbish as well. have to sit in garden to get data. Disappointed ..the amount I pay each month.please sort it .

    @VodafoneUK are officially ****. 25 years I’ve had my mobile number. Yesterday, following a convoluted week trying to activate a SIM for an unrelated device, 3 times without success, the agent managed to kill my actual phone SIM. How? No-one knows. Phone still dead.

    @VodafoneUK lost for words how poor Vodafone service has been. Meant to install a phone line and broadband on 27th Oct for my elderly parents which failed. After lots of messing around attempted again today and failed. Lockdown with no landline or broadband and no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK claim that to network unlock a phone, they need to contact the manufacturer to release the device. This is a barefaced lie.

    @VodafoneUK Guys mobile signal in Middleton (work location) (M24 4EL) is broken again, lucky if you can get a 3G signal, hardly any data transferring. Same situation for 5 days so far. Please can I raise a claim for compensation?

    @VodafoneUK This connection is not working for me. Your technical support isn’t much help remotely. They promised to call today but haven’t. I can share screenshots of the problem. Can wait a few days, but need to get another service to get my work done. Details in DM
