    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @VodafoneUK lost for words how poor Vodafone service has been. Meant to install a phone line and broadband on 27th Oct for my elderly parents which failed. After lots of messing around attempted again today and failed. Lockdown with no landline or broadband and no resolution.

    The worst customer experience I’ve ever had @VodafoneUK my broadband was NEVER active, the engineer NEVER came, YET I got charged, and the return box has not been delivered after a whole week of me cancelling. What an absolute nightmare.

    @VodafoneUK My wife. She sometimes uses my Twitter account to see the nice things people say about the NHS after I’ve mentioned it to her. Unfortunately there seems to be a lot more negativity now so she doesn’t look as much. Surprising how a few kind words from strangers can help people. 👍🏻
