@VodafoneUK can I suggest that it's not a good policy to suggest that a customer seeking an upgrade goes for the smartphone they upgraded from 2 years ago and then pays £6 a month extra for the privilege.

@choppy_1991 @VodafoneUK I am struggling with basic connection. The Vodafone connection dropped 10 times in last 12 hrs .. very bad service. Few month ago , I had 3 days of Compete blackout. No office work, no school work.. least Vodafone say they would do was to refund that month's billing

What a joke @VodafoneUK is had broadband problems and they said line fault across city and would be fixed wkend Feb 26/27 but still having trouble so they sent technician who said line fine but router faulty, rang them but refused technician report saying line fault so sent 2nd
