@VodafoneUK My 4G/3G has not been working since Wednesday, it says it’s there next to the signal but nothing using internet works at all unless I’m on wifi, I’ve been in France & UK this last week & it’s not working in either, data and data roaming is switched on, please help!

Well done @VodafoneUK for providing me with comfortably the worst upgrade offer I've ever had - the smartphone they gave me 5 years ago, paying £6 a month more and with half my current data allowance. Nice one. I think your churn rate will shortly be increasing somewhat.

@VodafoneUK can I suggest that it's not a good policy to suggest that a customer seeking an upgrade goes for the smartphone they upgraded from 2 years ago and then pays £6 a month extra for the privilege.

@Ofcom being charged for 2 broadbands after being told by Vodafone on the phone to go to BT that I want to go with and they will do the exchange. @VodafoneUK are still charging me and won’t cancel. @BBCWatchdog #angrycustomer

everybody out there never ever buy a phone or contract through @VodafoneUK. They are a con company who send you dodgy phones and when they break they don’t want to know and mess you around. Trust me guys don’t bother. Atrocious service and no customer care principles.

@VodafoneUK I am fed up with losing my interney connection. Try to watch All4, lose connection, try to connect to NOW, the same. I wouldn't mind its not even raining. I pay for landline broadband and mobile and get a crap service. Can't complain to a real person. Rubbish firm.
