@VodafoneUK can I suggest that it's not a good policy to suggest that a customer seeking an upgrade goes for the smartphone they upgraded from 2 years ago and then pays £6 a month extra for the privilege.

@VodafoneUK Ordered a new phone for next-day delivery 9 days ago. Still not here with no indication of delivery time. Your support staff say I just have to wait. Surely this is not the kind of service you want for lifelong (or any) customers? Should have got a @Fairphone

2hrs 14 mins on the phone whilst being told it is impossible to send me a new iPad before the investigation is complete & that I also cant cancel the order without @VodafoneUK having possession of the iPad. Not even sure its even a legal process. Please RT
