    @VodafoneUK are officially ****. 25 years I’ve had my mobile number. Yesterday, following a convoluted week trying to activate a SIM for an unrelated device, 3 times without success, the agent managed to kill my actual phone SIM. How? No-one knows. Phone still dead.

    Well done @VodafoneUK for providing me with comfortably the worst upgrade offer I've ever had - the smartphone they gave me 5 years ago, paying £6 a month more and with half my current data allowance. Nice one. I think your churn rate will shortly be increasing somewhat.

    @VodafoneUK can I suggest that it's not a good policy to suggest that a customer seeking an upgrade goes for the smartphone they upgraded from 2 years ago and then pays £6 a month extra for the privilege.

    @VodafoneUK My 4G/3G has not been working since Wednesday, it says it’s there next to the signal but nothing using internet works at all unless I’m on wifi, I’ve been in France & UK this last week & it’s not working in either, data and data roaming is switched on, please help!

    @Ofcom being charged for 2 broadbands after being told by Vodafone on the phone to go to BT that I want to go with and they will do the exchange. @VodafoneUK are still charging me and won’t cancel. @BBCWatchdog #angrycustomer

    @VodafoneUK HARMAN in c/relations messed my account damaged credit file had a complaint over 5month no phone for 4month because of HARMAN go refused upgrade told try again in 90days only 7month with no phone Invest in uk call centres and you wouldn’t lose custom 3 lines gone

    @VodafoneUK OK, here is my feedback, pass it on word for word please:- Anybody who was involved in implementing this user portal is dangerously stupid. They are a danger to the business, and so utterly out of touch, quite likely a danger to themselves. Sack them all, they are of no value.
