@VodafoneUK can I suggest that it's not a good policy to suggest that a customer seeking an upgrade goes for the smartphone they upgraded from 2 years ago and then pays £6 a month extra for the privilege.

Well done @VodafoneUK for providing me with comfortably the worst upgrade offer I've ever had - the smartphone they gave me 5 years ago, paying £6 a month more and with half my current data allowance. Nice one. I think your churn rate will shortly be increasing somewhat.

@VodafoneUK My 4G/3G has not been working since Wednesday, it says it’s there next to the signal but nothing using internet works at all unless I’m on wifi, I’ve been in France & UK this last week & it’s not working in either, data and data roaming is switched on, please help!

Hi @VodafoneUK ... OK, so I reached my data limit and M-- from your customer service team rang up and asked me if I wanted to add a bigger data packet to my plan. Does this affect how I'm charged for roaming, if I do? He said not. I'm unconvinced. Isn't this a contract change?
