  • Kirstilouise88 Kirsti Louise (@Kirstilouise88) reported from Bognor Regis, England

@VodafoneUK My 4G/3G has not been working since Wednesday, it says it’s there next to the signal but nothing using internet works at all unless I’m on wifi, I’ve been in France & UK this last week & it’s not working in either, data and data roaming is switched on, please help!

  • psrolfe Paul Rolfe (@psrolfe) reported from Chichester, England

@agribbenlisle @VodafoneUK I left @VodafoneUK after 10 years loyal custom and would never go back ever.

  • hedge2012 Chantelle Strudwick (@hedge2012) reported from Chichester, England

@Ofcom being charged for 2 broadbands after being told by Vodafone on the phone to go to BT that I want to go with and they will do the exchange. @VodafoneUK are still charging me and won’t cancel. @BBCWatchdog #angrycustomer

  • hedge2012 Chantelle Strudwick (@hedge2012) reported from Chichester, England

@JoMorris_ @VodafoneUK Totally agree will be changing once all three phones and broadband are up. They are so rude and don’t actually care.

  • windsorholden Windsor John Holden (@windsorholden) reported from Chichester, England

Well done @VodafoneUK for providing me with comfortably the worst upgrade offer I've ever had - the smartphone they gave me 5 years ago, paying £6 a month more and with half my current data allowance. Nice one. I think your churn rate will shortly be increasing somewhat.

  • heathy34 Sonja (@heathy34) reported from Boxgrove, England

@VodafoneUK my broadband is down AGAIN! Kids are trying to logon to school to do homework 😤 HELP!!!!!!!!

  • windsorholden Windsor John Holden (@windsorholden) reported from Chichester, England

@VodafoneUK can I suggest that it's not a good policy to suggest that a customer seeking an upgrade goes for the smartphone they upgraded from 2 years ago and then pays £6 a month extra for the privilege.

@GeorgeMonbiot Your tweet about believing companies can't behave like this really resonated with me. I was an @VodafoneUK customer until recently. One day my connection suddenly dropped. After hours of calling and emails it turned out my line had been 'taken over' by another company...

  • Stutheblue73 Greavesy's Da (@Stutheblue73) reported

@VodafoneUK my partner has ported he phone number to 02 and her phone is locked to your network. She has filled out a NUC form but hasn't had an email. When she rings, your automated system now doesn't recognise her number. How can she get a NUC code please?

  • steve4995 steve (@steve4995) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Well done Vodafone for accepting that errors was made and let’s hope it doesn’t happen again

  • Peace_20047 Peace (@Peace_20047) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Maybe businesses should start being more compassionate and treat their customers like humans.

  • macfido fiona mackintosh (@macfido) reported

@VodafoneUK is there a wider prob tobi must be typing a heck of a long message, password reset not working & account locked stuck in a loop😭😭

  • justnicolm Nicol (@justnicolm) reported

@VodafoneUK No thank you. I managed to finally get it sorted BUT the fact I was told the matter was resolved when it clearly wasn’t was stressful and quite frankly appalling that Vodafone were fast enough to slap the red letter on me but far too slow to remove it.

  • adskidids Adam (@adskidids) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK ..willing to help me. Vodafone took my money but as soon as I experienced difficulty they fobbed me off. It turns out Vodafone did have warning my line was due to be taken over and failed to warn me. Best bit? After hours on the phone, arguing, they offered me £50 compensation...

  • Frank_Mortimer Frank Mortimer (@Frank_Mortimer) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Don’t get me started, BT switched my mum to BT One, no phone for 2 months, in the end she had to pay a third party consultant to explain to BT how they had to fix it. Service is far worse, don’t touch BT One.

  • mshamburt Mrs..💙 (@mshamburt) reported

@eddiebrett @VodafoneUK Vodafone signal is and has always been notoriously bad here..speaking as a local

  • shitterrorist Kezzer (@shitterrorist) reported

@LakesBikes @VodafoneUK @speckyninja They never do that. This applies to all the phone, broadband and tv providers.
