@VodafoneUK can I suggest that it's not a good policy to suggest that a customer seeking an upgrade goes for the smartphone they upgraded from 2 years ago and then pays £6 a month extra for the privilege.

Complaint letter sent to @vodafone recorded delivery 19/01/21. Newbury Berkshire. Customer complaints code states issue will be resolved within 5 days. If longer, I will be kept informed of progress. 12 days no response. @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

Shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK over the past week! Still haven't resolved my issues. @VodafoneUK supervisor was supposed to call me within 24 hours, still waiting 30 hours later. Think it's time to move network providers!

@VodafoneUK Trying to sort an issue with broadband. It has now been over 5 months and not resolved. Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

@VodafoneUK your staff at your call centres are really rude, they have to learn what customer service is. Just one issue that has to be resolved, I have to call you every day for 2 months. Why????
