    @VodafoneUK can I suggest that it's not a good policy to suggest that a customer seeking an upgrade goes for the smartphone they upgraded from 2 years ago and then pays £6 a month extra for the privilege.

    Ffs @VodafoneUK I ask about unlocking one phone. Get a code to unlock another that doesn't work. Go to shop who send escalation then I get email that's can't unlock #uttermadness #epicfail #rubbishservice

    Well done @VodafoneUK for providing me with comfortably the worst upgrade offer I've ever had - the smartphone they gave me 5 years ago, paying £6 a month more and with half my current data allowance. Nice one. I think your churn rate will shortly be increasing somewhat.

    @VodafoneUK My 4G/3G has not been working since Wednesday, it says it’s there next to the signal but nothing using internet works at all unless I’m on wifi, I’ve been in France & UK this last week & it’s not working in either, data and data roaming is switched on, please help!

    @Ofcom being charged for 2 broadbands after being told by Vodafone on the phone to go to BT that I want to go with and they will do the exchange. @VodafoneUK are still charging me and won’t cancel. @BBCWatchdog #angrycustomer

    Two years out of contract with @VodafoneUK due to the pandemic, etc. Today they think it’s all rather jolly to tell me I’m being moved to a new plan…….costing £5 more a month. I won’t be, I will be be leaving after 17 years on contract, 20 as a customer #WhatPriceLoyalty?

    @VodafoneUK is the only major service in London without service in the Tube. You should let us out of our contracts for reducing our service without letting us know.
