@VodafoneUK My 4G/3G has not been working since Wednesday, it says it’s there next to the signal but nothing using internet works at all unless I’m on wifi, I’ve been in France & UK this last week & it’s not working in either, data and data roaming is switched on, please help!

Well done @VodafoneUK for providing me with comfortably the worst upgrade offer I've ever had - the smartphone they gave me 5 years ago, paying £6 a month more and with half my current data allowance. Nice one. I think your churn rate will shortly be increasing somewhat.

@VodafoneUK can I suggest that it's not a good policy to suggest that a customer seeking an upgrade goes for the smartphone they upgraded from 2 years ago and then pays £6 a month extra for the privilege.

The @VodafoneUK customer service process is cretinous. Your live chat tells me it can't help, I need to call 191. Whichever option I pick when I call 191 sends me to live chat. See the problem? I have been with you for 20 years I think it's reasonable I speak with someone.

thanks @VodafoneUK for giving me *4 days* notice on yet another increase: - 27/03/23: your plan will go up by 13.8% in April - 28/03/22: your plan will go up by 8.2% in April - 26/03/21: your monthly cost will go up by 1.4% in April I've been too stupid staying put for 18 years
