Nice one. I think your churn rate will shortly be increasing somewhat.

When we finally got them to cancel the account and admit they had taken 2x extra payments. The refund was supposed to be in account in 48hours. A month later nothing!

Once I could I got rid of it but they kept charging me for 7 months despite me cancelling it and calling them every time they took another payment. Terrible cutomer service! I promise you though, EE is the one.
