@VodafoneUK could someone please help me apply a discount to my account. Tried by phone and was told to email, nothing. Phoned again and told to go in store. Was told it cannot be done in store and to phone again. Very frustrating.

Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

@VodafoneUK Broadband down in EH14 area (Edinburgh) since 08:30. Specifically your units are green for connecting to each other but no INTERNET access. Manual trigger needed for the 4g backup dongle as I had to unplug the ethernet cable to wifi box to get my home working.

Spending over 3 hours altogether to @VodafoneUK to make a complaint and still haven't managed to speak to anyone. Ridiculous! Every time I've been on hold and the line has cut off. Very frustrating. Sort it out.
