    Would be useful if @GunwharfQuays had a single WiFi network covering all outlets. @VodafoneUK coverage pretty awful here. Surprising as major retail area PO1 3TZ

    @VodafoneUK could someone please help me apply a discount to my account. Tried by phone and was told to email, nothing. Phoned again and told to go in store. Was told it cannot be done in store and to phone again. Very frustrating.

    @VodafoneUK are officially ****. 25 years I’ve had my mobile number. Yesterday, following a convoluted week trying to activate a SIM for an unrelated device, 3 times without success, the agent managed to kill my actual phone SIM. How? No-one knows. Phone still dead.

    💯 will be leaving @VodafoneUK once my contract is up! Everytime I upgrade there is issue after issue and the customer service is shocking! I’m now stuck with a ridiculous phone bill that is going to leave me out of pocket every month for the next 2years 😡

    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    @VodafoneUK just had my broadband cancelled, 2nd time by the way, 3 days before activation because “there is no room in the cabinet” really bad service from you guys ! Even had the box delivered today too. Cancelled @Sky on the say you were going to provide me. Really poor

    @VodafoneUK most abysmal customer service, ever. You remind me to upgrade; I attempt to upgrade; your system says no & your upgrade team aren’t allowed to make outbound calls to resolve. Add to that an unauthorised change to my payment details. 0/10, complaint pending.
