Going round and round in circles with this awful V-SOS product. Aaaarghhhhh!!!!! 😡😡😡. This reminds me precisely why I left this awful sorry excuse for a company 5 years ago.

They said it should be done 24-48 hrs and 7-10 days well today is the tenth day and nothing so rude and unhelpful need my phone as cannot use landline

When we finally got them to cancel the account and admit they had taken 2x extra payments. The refund was supposed to be in account in 48hours. A month later nothing!

How long does it take to fix this?! Twitter is my favourite app, so if you don't fix this QUICKLY I will have to leave Vodaphone!
