Chris Overthrow (@ChrisOverthrow) reported from Portsmouth, England@MattDerik @VodafoneUK If you're struggling to survive that's a problem with the government not with Vodafone. No government should let its residents starve no government should let its residents go homeless. Your anger is directed in the wrong place.

Bantam Menace 💙🇪🇺🇬🇧3.5% (@neilhwilliams) reported from Chichester, England@VodafoneUK are officially ****. 25 years I’ve had my mobile number. Yesterday, following a convoluted week trying to activate a SIM for an unrelated device, 3 times without success, the agent managed to kill my actual phone SIM. How? No-one knows. Phone still dead.
-
Windsor John Holden (@windsorholden) reported from Chichester, England@VodafoneUK can I suggest that it's not a good policy to suggest that a customer seeking an upgrade goes for the smartphone they upgraded from 2 years ago and then pays £6 a month extra for the privilege.
-
Dave Swateridge (@DaveSwateridge) reported from Gosport, England@AirtimeRewards @VodafoneUK I hope not. This is the first time I’ve had a problem claiming £10 off my bill as you’re usually pretty quick doing it. I just didn’t realise it would take this long. I don’t understand what’s gone wrong as you can see from the screenshots that I claimed £10 off on the 4th May.
-
Heather-Fiona Egan (@aitcheff16) reported from Portsmouth, England@VodafoneUK Really fed up. Lodged a complaint after multiple attempts to fix change of SIM and keeping no. Now can access not. And my original no not carried over. C'mon Vodafone sort it out 😡🤬
Vodafone Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jane Gilbert (@agonydoc) reportedShocking service from @VodafoneUK - the #bereavement team spent so long transferring my deceased father's account that it triggered defaults and intimidating threats of legal action and cutting off the mobile, broadband and home line of a vulnerable, grieving 89 year old woman
-
jolene Pittock (@joleneepittock) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are the worst when someone passes away. By far the most disappointing company I had to deal with at the worst time.
-
Ross Henderson (@rsmck) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had a very similar problem. It took threats of legal action to get Vodafone to fix it. Which they eventually did. But almost the same situation too. I had a service that never worked cancelled and returned the router and then they claimed it was never cancelled.
-
a.💌 (@c0uldnthelpit) reportedPlease explain to me how I’m down to 499MB after purchasing 2GB this evening at 7 and then putting my phone on airplane mode for like the next 4 hours in a movie @VodafoneUK
-
Dani🦁 (@worldmeetdani) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had the exact same issue. I cancelled a mobile WiFi contract when moving home after uni, the agent on the phone confirmed my contract was cancelled and then when I started checking my credit score I got the shock of a lifetime!
-
Wingssherpa (@WingsSherpa) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK No surprise Virgin Media was fined by OFCOM last week for its poor customer service, Michelle.
-
Release the files (@Ftheorangetwat) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’ve heard a glut of similar issues like this in the last week! Shame because Virgin flights are our absolute go-to because of their quality and service. Would be good if those levels were carried through all businesses that carry the same name.
-
P-Man (@pmiddy78) reported@MattHuddyHudson @VodafoneUK @O2 Mate, the customer service for Vodafone is so, so, bad!
-
P-Man (@pmiddy78) reportedBeen a @VodafoneUK customer for 26 years, they have a network in the USA, yet they want me to pay £350 for us to use our phones when we are on holiday! @O2 do you want a loyal customer? What can you do for me?
