  @AirtimeRewards @VodafoneUK I hope not. This is the first time I’ve had a problem claiming £10 off my bill as you’re usually pretty quick doing it. I just didn’t realise it would take this long.   Well done @VodafoneUK for providing me with comfortably the worst upgrade offer I've ever had - the smartphone they gave me 5 years ago, paying £6 a month more and with half my current data allowance. Nice one. I think your churn rate will shortly be increasing somewhat.

  @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
