@VodafoneUK Morning! Do you know if theres any problems with the signal/masts in my area of Gosport in PO12? For the last few days I’ve noticed that my data seems slow to load things as I keep getting the spinning thing going round & round. 😒 I’m on the Unlimited Max plan too.

@VodafoneUK could someone please help me apply a discount to my account. Tried by phone and was told to email, nothing. Phoned again and told to go in store. Was told it cannot be done in store and to phone again. Very frustrating.

💯 will be leaving @VodafoneUK once my contract is up! Everytime I upgrade there is issue after issue and the customer service is shocking! I’m now stuck with a ridiculous phone bill that is going to leave me out of pocket every month for the next 2years 😡

@originalfrostie @ChrisTheLewis @VodafoneUK Really? I've been on EE and o2 in the past and Vodafone is by far the best network I've been on in Pompey. Gfs granddad house I couldn't get a signal inside for o2 but I get full connection with Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK The reason I contacted you was because I didn’t have a pin and I hadn’t logged on to the account for a long time, just paid the monthly bills. I didn’t know the password and my email address had changed so I needed help, not to be fobbed off.

I'm gonna assume that anyone being shitty with me this evening is probably a customer of @VodafoneUK as their data services this evening seem to be up and down like Katie Price's knickers. Which is rather unusual of vodafone as i extremely rarely have issues with them.

@AirtimeRewards @VodafoneUK I hope not. This is the first time I’ve had a problem claiming £10 off my bill as you’re usually pretty quick doing it. I just didn’t realise it would take this long. I don’t understand what’s gone wrong as you can see from the screenshots that I claimed £10 off on the 4th May.

@GeorgeOnToast @VodafoneUK I haven’t had any problems with Sky, but I was paying £17 a month. I’m now out of contract and when I went on their live chat to ask about any deals they wanted £27! So I asked them to cancel it.

Dear @VodafoneUK Thanks so much for our local signal upgrade. You pulled SureSignal last year so we bought new phones that support WiFi calling. That won't work if there's even one bar of signal so that's what you've given us. Marvellous!

@VodafoneUK hi, just had a very unhelpful chat about an ongoing issue of lack of signal where I live, was basically told to cancel my contract at the cost of £766 or tough luck. My contract is up next March, rest assured I shall be leaving to go O2 then.
