I'm gonna assume that anyone being shitty with me this evening is probably a customer of @VodafoneUK as their data services this evening seem to be up and down like Katie Price's knickers. Which is rather unusual of vodafone as i extremely rarely have issues with them.

its all well looking around for broadband, and I'm a @VodafoneUK customer, however, when @virginmedia are the only broadband provider you can get because @OpenreachHelp didnt bother covering your street, it makes it rather difficult #MartinLewis

@VodafoneUK Eventually a lovely lady, Omnia rang me back after sending me a link I did not fully understand. Apple tech mirrored my screen and guided me so now fixed. Why don't @VodafoneUK use screen mirroring? Would go faster and prevent stress for customer?

@VodafoneUK Dear Vodafone, I wish to speak with someone regarding my broadband order. I started on the TOBI chat it took 4 advisors and 1.25 hours to establish they could not help me. They said phone. I phoned 52 minutes on hold then cut off without anyone speaking to me.
