    @VodafoneUK again, super disappointed with Vodafone customer services.. was told I would have a cask back with in the hour at 17.30...... it is now 22.01 and im still waiting....... despite explaining the urgency and time scale of this problem affecting my families future...

    @VodafoneUK @andyholtby92 We have been pushed from pillar to post since we moved in out last property with poor service and it's a shame we can't leave out contract before moving to our new property next week. Never ever experienced anything like the service Vodafone provide, not to mention false speeds!

    @VodafoneUK Left last Friday now on @virginmedia mobile very happy 😃 you sales team did have the chance of keeping me as a customer but I had a much better offer from virgin mobile all about the prices you need to look at that so I won’t be giving you my number better luck next time

    @_One8Seven1_ @VodafoneUK I’d suggest going to Carphone Warehouse. Their rep isn’t great but I’ve only ever had excellent service and they’re open to deals normally

    @VodafoneUK ordered a phone Sunday. Your payment system did not take the payment, despite bank authorising the payment. Contacted your support, assured I'd be called back within 24 hours and the refund back within 48. 48 hours later and neither have happened. Please help.

    @GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

    @VodafoneUK your customer service billing team member, Manvendra, is great at their job. I was unable to activate my eSIM since September 3rd! Three advisors before them had failed to solve the issue and kept sending me out of date QR codes. Manvendra had it working in 3 mins! 👏🏻

    @VodafoneUK Shocking service. Been loyal 20 years with 3 phones. I want to upgrade 1 phone and am told no loyalty discount can apply but would check with manager. Got cut off. I ring again another advisor said no call backs are made and defo no discounts. Sort of makes my mind up

    @VodafoneUK trying to drop my old handset off @TweetBluewater which will take about 3mins max. Told its a 1hr+ wait because 3/4 staff are in training? Doesn’t seem fair on your staff #vodafone and pretty poor customer experience too!

    Time for a new phone yet the @VodafoneUK app says my screen is showing signs of damage. Erm, it’s in perfect condition and has been in a case since day one. Perhaps if they made a test that you could see properly it might be better. Time to switch I think

    I've got a line with @VodafoneUK currently can't use it due to mast issue in the area. Went on to the website to sign up for network alerts but says you must do it with your Vodafone number. What's the point if the networks down or am I missing something 🤔

    Shoutout to @VodafoneUK for leaving my mother in law with no phone or internet for 11 days. She is in her mid 70s, has health issues and no way to contact anyone. No mobile phone. Completely isolated. My husband just keeps getting told "will be resolved within 48 hours" 😒
