@VodafoneUK ordered a phone Sunday. Your payment system did not take the payment, despite bank authorising the payment. Contacted your support, assured I'd be called back within 24 hours and the refund back within 48. 48 hours later and neither have happened. Please help.

@VodafoneUK again, super disappointed with Vodafone customer services.. was told I would have a cask back with in the hour at 17.30...... it is now 22.01 and im still waiting....... despite explaining the urgency and time scale of this problem affecting my families future...

@GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

Never ever experienced anything like the service Vodafone provide, not to mention false speeds!

Last I was told from India was a guarantee it would be despatched with 48 hours, that was three days ago. The nerve they had to send everyone a text saying that customer service can't help so don't call lol
