Never ever experienced anything like the service Vodafone provide, not to mention false speeds!

He was given the number of the ‘bereavement department’ and he phoned, assuming they would help. Instead the woman demanded his father’s PIN and said only he could cancel!

It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!
