    @VodafoneUK @toadtomj I have not had a Vodafone signal in my house or my previous house for over 22 years. My company were stupid enough to choose Vodafone, I on the other hand chose Three for my personal mobile and the overall service and coverage is a million times better than Vodafone.

    @GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

    @rebelpaws @VodafoneUK yeah i know. when i used to live in London, i remember the plans were to have a signal across the whole LU network back in 2012, but deals with both Huawei and Alcael-Lucent collapsed. Also, RE district line, I had signal on there more than before

    A message to @VodafoneUK. If you do not start taking my problems seriously, and contacting me when you say you will I will have no choice but to start withholding payment until you do. @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @hantsts. Your customer service, at one point appalling, has got even worse

    @VodafoneUK ordered a phone Sunday. Your payment system did not take the payment, despite bank authorising the payment. Contacted your support, assured I'd be called back within 24 hours and the refund back within 48. 48 hours later and neither have happened. Please help.

    @VodafoneUK #youtube My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

    @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Vodafone cancelled my broadband in error and charging me termination fees. Nobody understands the complaint, 5 hrs on phone not resolved. Customer service dreadful, can you investigate them for bad service?
