  If anyone is on @VodafoneUK and has a data breach, be warned, they will tell you their non-existent fraud team (I’ve been told by a former employee) found no fraud and they can’t cancel the contract EVEN though they added a 3rd party to my account without my permission.

  @GeorgeMonbiot @timolarch @VodafoneUK My husband had the same problem with Virgin Media after the death of his father. He was given the number of the ‘bereavement department’ and he phoned, assuming they would help. Instead the woman demanded his father’s PIN and said only he could cancel!

  @VodafoneUK @andyholtby92 We have been pushed from pillar to post since we moved in out last property with poor service and it's a shame we can't leave out contract before moving to our new property next week.   @GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

  @virginmedia Well... @VodafoneUK also invest around about the same amount of money in their network, and they haven't increased the prices anywhere near as much as you have. And I'm always connected whenever I'm outside the house. No issues with connectivity whatsoever.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Adrian. Hang on two more years, do not contact them or make any offer of payment, the debt can’t be recovered if you’ve not made a payment or tried to negotiate. Do not accept this so called debt is real.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Write them a letter, I had the same issue, Indian call centres telling me I have no option but to pay. They soon wiped the debt when I wrote a strong complaint letter
