@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have nothing but utter utter contempt for @Vodafone. Going round and round in circles with this awful V-SOS product. Aaaarghhhhh!!!!! 😡😡😡. This reminds me precisely why I left this awful sorry excuse for a company 5 years ago.
-
Gary Jeffries (@gsjeffries) reported from Hill Head, England

@VodafoneUK your network coverage in and around Southampton is shit. Your 4G coverage is double the shit if your network coverage and your customer service is at a different level of mega shit!

@VodafoneUK when I signed up to Vodafone you promised me my bill would be £55.25 per month. You are charging me £65. Please can you add this to my complaint (which I’m still waiting for a response to). I’m still in my 14 day cooling off period and plan to cancel
-
Matthew King (@MatthewKing35) reported from Southampton, England

Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦 (@rahim94) reported
@Sammiiee_1992 @VodafoneUK Fair enough. It's been about 14 years since I last used them, so they may have changed, but I had so many issues with them. my mum has them, and she's always having issues with their signal. She also has a Tesco SIM (which uses O2 signal) and she has no issues with that.
-
Claire Hadley (@groovychick_uk_) reported
@VodafoneUK both my self and my son didn't recieve the emergency alert is that because my number is the second line and my sons is a pay as you go sim?
-
Weeme (@Weeme18) reported
@VodafoneUK why did I not receive the Emergency Alert?
-
Chris Dixon (@MightyShearer) reported
@VodafoneUK any issues on the network sending the emergency alert today, like 3 just confirmed?. Three of us are Vodafone contract holders and none of us received the alert. @GOVUK #emergencyalert
-
Stuart Barrett (@two_truths) reported
@IkaFerrerGotic @itsDaibhi Also only works via 4G or 5G connection. @VodafoneUK has a faulty 4G connection in my village & refuses to fix it, so nobody on Vodafone in my village of 5000 people got the message.
-
Natalie (@Natalie02362225) reported
@VodafoneUK - never got an emergency alert today!
-
Stu (@StuClrk) reported
@VodafoneUK Didn't get the alert on any device using a Voda SIM. It's this something for Voda to fix it another **** up by the Government?
-
Amanda Holding (@AmandaHolding) reported
@VodafoneUK Time to change to a different network as didn't receive the Alert because the signal is so bad here. 4G <<--- in my dreams! Been like this for years and you won't upgrade because we are in the countryside. #badservice #takingthemick
-
Amanda Holding (@AmandaHolding) reported
@ClareOBrien @VodafoneUK Its Vodafone that can't be bothered if you live rurally. They won't spend the money updating the masts because its not cost effective for them. We pay the same as everyone else and get a substandard service 🫤
-
Weeme (@Weeme18) reported
@VodafoneUK Why did we not receive our Emergency Alert this afternoon?
