    @VodafoneUK @andyholtby92 We have been pushed from pillar to post since we moved in out last property with poor service and it's a shame we can't leave out contract before moving to our new property next week. Never ever experienced anything like the service Vodafone provide, not to mention false speeds!

    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    @VodafoneUK again, super disappointed with Vodafone customer services.. was told I would have a cask back with in the hour at 17.30...... it is now 22.01 and im still waiting....... despite explaining the urgency and time scale of this problem affecting my families future...

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have nothing but utter utter contempt for @Vodafone. Going round and round in circles with this awful V-SOS product. Aaaarghhhhh!!!!! 😡😡😡. This reminds me precisely why I left this awful sorry excuse for a company 5 years ago.

    @VodafoneUK ordered a phone Sunday. Your payment system did not take the payment, despite bank authorising the payment. Contacted your support, assured I'd be called back within 24 hours and the refund back within 48. 48 hours later and neither have happened. Please help.

    Being a good dad, I have been paying my daughter’s phone bill and @VodafoneUK have been happy to take my money. When we finally got them to cancel the account and admit they had taken 2x extra payments. The refund was supposed to be in account in 48hours. A month later nothing!

    @Ch4d96 @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK seem to place higher in independent studies, and have much better indoor coverage, when i was with @ThreeUK i coudnt even get a signal in the St David shopping centre in Cardiff, very patch coverage with 3 in Wales, thats why i left and joined @VodafoneUK

    Just been told by @VodafoneUK that it is too expensive for that massive company to send a router next day despite Jade needing internet to complete uni work before they can get us a router. Fantastically bad service from them yet again

    - after setting off SOS almost 5 minutes before band mode changed - after “Help on way” flashing green doesn’t change to solid green - after emergency over, band still hasn’t reset - hopeless. Absolutely hopeless. @whichUK PLEASE investigate @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK It’s been terrible since launch. O2 have everything from movie vouchers to discounted concert tickets- VIP entrance. What do Vodafone offer? Free fridge magnets with a £3.50 delivery fee. It’s a waste of time.

    @VodafoneUK I’d rather be called as it is for 2 weeks now you have wasted my time by being unsupportive of my WiFi issue. Another phone call won’t make much difference in the big scheme of thing that you do not act on providing the service I have signed up for!!! You are breaking contract

    @VodafoneUK I don’t think that’s any help to me. I can send you my address so you can send me a router. Your company refuses to send a replacement router to me even so the engineer has confirmed that my router is faulty and that’s why I don’t have WiFi

    @VodafoneUK it's horrible how this firm treats there customers . No customer service at all . Go with any other supplier personally @tescomobile is so much better .
