its all well looking around for broadband, and I'm a @VodafoneUK customer, however, when @virginmedia are the only broadband provider you can get because @OpenreachHelp didnt bother covering your street, it makes it rather difficult #MartinLewis

@VodafoneUK customer service is appalling. Cant wait to leave! I hope you organise a big family #funday and it rains! And you buy a boat and it leaks you buy a car and the wheels fall off or buy a submarine and it floats,and you get tea tree shampoo in your in your eyes.

@VodafoneUK just the worst customer experience. You 2 x charged me for Spotify. To speak to a human being it took 4 goes to get through CH system and opt to leave Vodafone. 1hr+ later & I hv spoken to 3 diff people & am still overcharged. All VF fault at the expense of my time.

Really getting frustrated with @VodafoneUK's woefully inadequte technical support for their home 'broadband'. I'm getting less than 2 mbit of download speed, VDSL looks fine, OpenReach checked the line. Now being asked to provide my own speed tests!

Line quality to their team was awful. It's very clearly an outsourced function, which shows @VodafoneUK don't care about customer service, just about their bottom line. If they weren't the FTTP partern CityFibre are working with, I'd be leaving.
