Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

For the last few days I’ve noticed that my data seems slow to load things as I keep getting the spinning thing going round & round. 😒 I’m on the Unlimited Max plan too.

This is the first time I’ve had a problem claiming £10 off my bill as you’re usually pretty quick doing it. I just didn’t realise it would take this long. I don’t understand what’s gone wrong as you can see from the screenshots that I claimed £10 off on the 4th May.

I am expecting that the payment will come out before the device arrives - this seems to be standard for Vodafone. I've been a customer for over 10 years. I think this year is time!
