    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    @VodafoneUK customer service is appalling. Cant wait to leave! I hope you organise a big family #funday and it rains! And you buy a boat and it leaks you buy a car and the wheels fall off or buy a submarine and it floats,and you get tea tree shampoo in your in your eyes.

    @VodafoneUK could someone please help me apply a discount to my account. Tried by phone and was told to email, nothing. Phoned again and told to go in store. Was told it cannot be done in store and to phone again. Very frustrating.

    @Ethhxnn @rosbux @VodafoneUK That was my point - non ionising rf is nothing to worry about - but the microwave would be more harmful than the original rf freqs but still just as bad as WiFi but still safe 👍👍

    @PaulMat73808631 @VodafoneUK I am trying to leave them because I don’t get the service I am paying for but it’s just impossible. I just have no network at all in my area, and I get the same answer every time I call them. We are doing some maintenance. Maintenance for over a year, it’s a joke.

    @MoneySavingExp why do you offer a £150 gift card for @VodafoneUK broadband if they are just gonna cancel the order, make you sign up again over the phone and not honour the gift card? Pretty sure this is practise breaks numerous guidelines! @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK terrible signal today i was trying to listen to music on the way to the shops, the 5g wouldn't pick up but what got me why didn't the phone go to 4g signal instead.. I pay 39 a month for a top class handset and it can't even decide to pick up the 4g I should have

    @poynterlubz @VodafoneUK Ugh I've seen others have horrible experiences with that as well. They owe me at least £100 in refunds, ive been super patient but it's annoying af. I spoke to CISAS last week and said I would wait an extra week but enough is enough

    @VodafoneUK so disappointed with the service, I have been complaining about the poor network for at least a year, the issue remain and they don’t want to let me leave without paying the cancellation fees. Why would you pay for a service you cannot get.
