  • InsolLawMan Mike Pavitt (@InsolLawMan) reported from Marchwood, England

@VodafoneUK All sorted now. Line is still cancelled but customer services have helped me.

  • Wayward55 Andrew Barr (@Wayward55) reported

@VodafoneUK I sent a DM got an automatic computer generated reply giving me advice on logging in. Obviously Vodafone don’t care enough to have real people look into problems.

  • WorldWideWriter Karen Warren (@WorldWideWriter) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi Mark, I’m not getting any response to a direct message. Is it possible to find out if it is an outage in my area or specific to me? My postcode is BA1 6PS, thanks

  • pswilson77 Paul Wilson (@pswilson77) reported

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK I'm fully aware of how to do this. You're missing my point. Reporting, blocking and TPS services aren't fixing the issue. If the network operator is unable to stop the problem from affecting the customer, the network operator is responsible to do more to resolve the problem.

  • aidenisveryepi1 aiden 2 (@aidenisveryepi1) reported

@VodafoneUK signal is pretty terrible in the Ligma area could you investigate please?? Cheers lads

  • markscott Mark Scott (@markscott) reported

@VodafoneUK I signed a service contract at £27.50 for 18 months for a 4G service, now considering you do not provide 4G to my house which is in a large Wiltshire town. I did not agree to the price rise, you only get to do that at the end of my contract....

  • UMARMAH33650836 JO JO 786 (@UMARMAH33650836) reported

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK Hi, is it true I can cancel my current PAYM sim only contract and then take out a new deal with Vodfone. Then once my original PAYM SO 30 day notice has expired, its becomes a PAYG sim and then migrate my old number to my new PAYM SO, replacing the new temp number?

  • inventur_es Marcus Gill Greenwood 🤖 (@inventur_es) reported

@VodafoneUK You should talk to @virginmedia. They could do with your help

  • Rubystone911 Mark Piper (@Rubystone911) reported

@VodafoneUK your TObi bot. Pretty ****, isn't he. MyVodafone. That's rubbish too. Is Nick Jeffrey still around? I might try him

  • suewren58 Sue Wren (@suewren58) reported

@VodafoneUK what poor service from @VodafoneUK I have an email from Apple stating that my handset should be replaced as fault continued after resetting. Have been told it needs to be looked at again, and I should buy another phone while they have mine!

  • 1stjanna ijh == (@1stjanna) reported

@VodafoneUK Whilst the experiences of your web site & customer call centre are something I do not particularly wish to experience again. The experience of your BOT is something I definitely do not wish to experience again. Life insurance is to short/ plenty of other providers.
