@VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted. In these times when every other company are giving payment breaks and doing their best to help..... you increase your prices to loyal customers by 2.5%! I am@beyond angry 😡

  • rahim94
    Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, England

@virginmedia Well... @VodafoneUK also invest around about the same amount of money in their network, and they haven't increased the prices anywhere near as much as you have. And I'm always connected whenever I'm outside the house. No issues with connectivity whatsoever.

  • MatthewKing35
Matthew King (@MatthewKing35) reported from Southampton, England

@Johnny_Baillie @VodafoneGroup @PKPorthcurno @VodafoneUK They can’t on mobile ether that’s why I switch to @virginmedia mobile Sevice last year best thing I did . Vodafone they ware Not as good for signal as ee or 02 ether

  • FatsmissusM
Michelle Harrison (@FatsmissusM) reported from Blackfield, England

@VodafoneUK desperately trying to solve an issue with Vodafone.. constantly on hold... Been told I would have a call back within I hour by the credit file team at 17.30 and im still waiting....... not happy...

  • rahim94
    Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, England

I'm gonna assume that anyone being shitty with me this evening is probably a customer of @VodafoneUK as their data services this evening seem to be up and down like Katie Price's knickers. Which is rather unusual of vodafone as i extremely rarely have issues with them.

  • kathdown1010
KATH (@kathdown1010) reported from Totton and Eling, England

@leoniegiles @VodafoneUK Brett was with had a lot of problems with them Leonie ended up leaving I think xxx

  • DavidELuker
David Luker (@DavidELuker) reported from Eastleigh, England

@_One8Seven1_ @VodafoneUK I’d suggest going to Carphone Warehouse. Their rep isn’t great but I’ve only ever had excellent service and they’re open to deals normally

  • DrMarChem
Prof Gary Fones (@DrMarChem) reported from Totton and Eling, England

God I hate @VodafoneUK so much - nothing ever works and no one available to help. Crap service all round

  • Tommyblanchard
Tom Blanchard (@Tommyblanchard) reported from Salisbury, England

@bryn_kelly @VodafoneUK I ****** them off years ago pal awful service

  • rahim94
    Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦🇵🇸 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, England

@rebelpaws @VodafoneUK yeah i know. when i used to live in London, i remember the plans were to have a signal across the whole LU network back in 2012, but deals with both Huawei and Alcael-Lucent collapsed. Also, RE district line, I had signal on there more than before

  • FatsmissusM
Michelle Harrison (@FatsmissusM) reported from Hedge End, England

@VodafoneUK 5 calls to Vodafone in the last 4 working days to get something sorted... keep getting passed from pillar to post getting no where... terrible service

  • KawaiiVixen
Yazmin 🦇 (@KawaiiVixen) reported from Southampton, England

@VodafoneUK @andyholtby92 We have been pushed from pillar to post since we moved in out last property with poor service and it's a shame we can't leave out contract before moving to our new property next week. Never ever experienced anything like the service Vodafone provide, not to mention false speeds!

  • MatthewKing35
Matthew King (@MatthewKing35) reported from Southampton, England

@VodafoneUK Left last Friday now on @virginmedia mobile very happy 😃 you sales team did have the chance of keeping me as a customer but I had a much better offer from virgin mobile all about the prices you need to look at that so I won’t be giving you my number better luck next time

  • JohnsSonTony
Tony Johnson (@JohnsSonTony) reported from Alderbury, England

Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

  • bishy4
leigh bishop (@bishy4) reported from Fair Oak, England

@jimmymorgan76 @VodafoneUK They are good at selling but dogshit at customer service, always have been & don’t seem to care one bit about improving it!! I’ve left them now thankfully

  • Pinotnoirgirl
A Bee (@Pinotnoirgirl) reported from Redlynch, England

@VodafoneUK when I signed up to Vodafone you promised me my bill would be £55.25 per month. You are charging me £65. Please can you add this to my complaint (which I’m still waiting for a response to). I’m still in my 14 day cooling off period and plan to cancel

  • JohnsSonTony
Tony Johnson (@JohnsSonTony) reported from Alderbury, England

Then it rinses the battery by constantly searching for 4G. If I switch it to 2g/3g only in settings it holds that signal. Clearly something going on between my phone and the network but @VodafoneUK just keep giving me the same advice that doesn't work. (2/3).

  • shaunryan87
Shaun Ryan (@shaunryan87) reported from Hedge End, England

Really nice to know that @VodafoneUK cares about replying! #not I think need a new network that does better for its customers.

  • crispsngin
Chris Jones (@crispsngin) reported from Brockenhurst, England

.@VodafoneUK I am experiencing unusable levels of internet connectivity via 4G, was really good yesterday until 4pm when it fell off a cliff and has not recovered today. Is there a problem? Very frustrating

@techprocess1 @VodafoneUK I was with them before but the signal where we live wasn’t great - turns out after a promising start that Vodafone’s is no better!

  • search_andrew
    Andrew Search (@search_andrew) reported

Never give @VodafoneUK your business. I moved to Lebara who offer better value on the same network. Not my beef. My beef is that when chasing money they owed me at the end of the contract, their CA told me they don’t pay money back unless they are chased! Shocking behaviour.😡😡

  • Varntvar
    Ravinder Sangha (@Varntvar) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Made the mistake of signing up to VM, didn't provide the agreed product at the agreed price, when I contacted them they 'upgraded' my product to the agreed one and doubled the price. Apparently they did this regularly. Cancelled at end of contract, never used any VM product since

  • 1983_edward
    Ed (@1983_edward) reported

@VodafoneUK your broadband is appalling. We pay for 150mb/s fibre. I've barely been able to write a word document today for work. Now we have TV saying theres a problem with our network. We will soon be leaving before the end of our contract.

  • roxycampbell
    Roxy (@roxycampbell) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss. The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.

  • doingalrighty
    It's just Paul (@doingalrighty) reported

@Srooney67 @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Stick to football, Sean. You know **** all about that either but nobody cares

  • hellosunshine52
    Elle 🌸🗽 (@hellosunshine52) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’m so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine how hard all this is. For your info with regard to your issue - virgin media have just been fined £28m for preventing people ending their contracts. Perhaps talks to the culture internally that you are describing

  • babbageismus
    CogWheel (@babbageismus) reported

@Srooney67 @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I’ve never checked my ‘credit rating’, how would I do that?

  • David_B1986
    Dave B (@David_B1986) reported

I forgot @VodafoneUK you’re also part of the rubbish network too now aren’t you?

  • lynneisreading
    Lynne Is Reading (@lynneisreading) reported

@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Worst company ever. I'm still getting debt collectors from a bill that was supposed to have been written off 30 years ago when £400 of overseas calls in 2 days on an account only used for inward calls for 3 years didn't raise red flags.
