It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

And I'm always connected whenever I'm outside the house. No issues with connectivity whatsoever.

Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.
