    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    Hi @VodafoneUK we have been without Internet since 3pm yesterday in Peterborough. Have made numerous calls only to be told we are aware of the issue in the area. I have missed 2 important work meetings today!!! Still no update on when the service will be restored. #poor

    @DPDgroup_news why aren't you collecting phones from @VodafoneUK ??? I've waited 2 weeks for you to deliver and they are still ready to go from them but you've not collected and text my delivery day! Awful service!!
