@VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

@VodafoneUK Going into the 4th day of Employee advantage website being down. Meaning unable to get new phone and plan. Over 7hrs to respond to my messages meaning a new person responding to me and having to re explain every time, so yet to get anywhere. Very annoying.
