    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same issue very recently with BT regarding my Dad's mobile account, they kept using excuses for why there was a delay in closing his account after this death. Every other company I had to deal with (and there were many) dealt with the situation much better than BT.

    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    @VodafoneUK I know it needs a PAC code. You are really not reading my tweets properly are you? basically my dad has a contract with vodafone but wants to cancel his current number and update the contract with another number...hence I have tried this with PAC and STAC. STILL IT DOES NOT WORK!

    Phone or tablet, or email or even snail mail? One email offering to sell me a doorbell and another telling me I’m late paying and they’ll send bailiffs if I fail to pay. Been with @VodafoneUK for well over a decade, but moving as soon as my contract is up.

    @VodafoneUK Some IoT devices require 2.4ghz, sounds like Vodafone don't expect to support those if I can't configure that? (I did have it configured via the web interface and they were available... It's only since I did a factory reset and used the mobile app that they've been disabled.)

    @VodafoneUK + I see both sides, Vodafone and DPD do not take any responsibility for fixing this I am looking for a solution and planning to sue Vodafone if I do not get an immediate solution from Vodafone.

    After sending 55 screenshots of failed calls, @VodafoneUK social media have finally raised a query, doubt anything will be done but we will see. Don’t this it’s a good service somehow if it takes that long and to give that many examples with no action

    @VodafoneUK I have been waiting for my Amazon Fire HD 8 Tablet promoted as a broadband sign up incentive since October. No one at Vodafone taking ownership of this. Anyone else had this problem?

    @VodafoneUK I've had a few phone calls now. @vodafone messed up my order and couldn't guarantee honouring the promotion from my sign up date. I've went with a different provider now; Very poor from such a big company. 👎
