Every other company I had to deal with (and there were many) dealt with the situation much better than BT.

The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand. I was also told by his car insurance co that they didn't consider me next of kin?!
