Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

Really @VodafoneUK ??? We are stuck in our houses with nothing to do and you choose now to cancel our sky sports subscriptions that we agreed contracts for, with no reason given, and by text message?? Absolutely disgraceful. Will keep this in mind when buying my next phone.

Morning @VodafoneUK or @CityFibre are there any network issues on fibre today? I work over a VPN as does my wife for a seperate company and we’re not having access problems today .. everything has been restarted etc it’s strange that we’re both having them

@VodafoneUK I’m sure some bright spark thought that no one would need a Sure Signal because we now use Wi-fi calling BUT in a poor signal area, no Sure Signal, means no txt. Since txt is often a secondary security measure to login to stuff NOW #nightmare #poorcustomerservice
