    24 hours later @VodafoneUK and still no signal/ coverage for many people with no information or way of getting to speak to an actual advisor

    @VodafoneUK I have been given Dec 5th and then Dec 13th for installation of my broadband connection Pro II Full fibre 900. I took leave on buth days and today also they said they can not install it. I am on chat for last 2 hours, also called number 08080034515 . No resolution

    @VodafoneUK joined you with a pac code and you haven’t transferred my number. Had to call up again to be told that the transfer was never placed. Now waiting another 2 days for my number to transfer. Awful service

    @VodafoneUK 2/2 When I eventually got signal, loads of missed calls and messages. Their network (EE, O2, 3) all connected and no issues. It’s unacceptable in 2022 to have no connectivity at events - especially in London. I’m done. You absolute ********.

    Apologies for digging out @VodafoneUK signal a few times recently. It became quite clear that the signal problems were from having a VPN running. Even though the VPNs clearly say you won’t notice a dip in performance. Just sat 5 mins waiting for customers card payment to clear 🙄

    @VodafoneUK Why do you ask people if they have problems understanding anything. It’s not as if you explain that they have to cancel the watch contract even when it’s paid for you still take £30 payment. I was on chat twice to ask when it was paid but no one explained I had to give notice
