Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@VodafoneUK why have you disconnected my broadband provider from my current provider without being able to connect me to your service since Feb 2023? You decided giving my current provider notice to leave, leaving me without vital service and you cannot connect me!!!

Do not ever use @VodafoneUK ! They’re holding us hostage in a contract where the internet is not working, we sent them everything back as advised, tracked, it got delivered! Just because you are lying about not finding the delivery does not give you the right to keep charging!

@VodafoneUK No, your customer service is lying about a router we have sent back, tracked and showing delivered with a signature by your staff and you’re making it our responsibility that you cannot find your router and keeping us hostage in the contract. This is utterly shameful behaviour
