    @VodafoneUK marvellous how I have been waiting over 8 weeks for the sim for my new phone because your system deleted the order, still nothing, nobody on chat to speak with and no answer calling 191, yet I cant cancel because I would be in breach of contract??? Awful service!!

    Latest update on @VodafoneUK – it took them 29 minutes to keep trying to get me past security to then tell me I have to open up the package I don't want, activate the SIM I don't want, so they can send a text message to it so I can cancel it. Screaming. Literally.

    @VodafoneUK Just wondered if you had done anything further about this? I’m now waiting for an address label to return the items I believe I was mis-sold but have received an email to say I am now paying for 2 plans. I was never told this would be an additional plan.

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK 2 hours 20 minutes, of which 2 hours on hold. The agents audio was shocking poor so could hardly hear him, he was basically unable to answer my questions and pretty rude. This is my experience every time I call @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Horrible home broadband experience. No internet & getting same issue repeated within 2 weeks? With WFH, how one rely on your services? @SkyUK i had never faced this problem but had to switch as fiber is not available via Sky at my postcode.#broadband #CustomerService
