Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@VodafoneUK 2/2 You fail customers by not offering better deals until they get their PAC code to switch. I was told the best you could offer SIM only was £12 for unltd texts and calls. Then after I got my PAC you tell me I could get it for £7:50. #unethical
