@davesgould Hi Dave, did you manage to sort this out? I'm in HP3 and lost my signal on 16th and am constantly being told by @VodafoneUK there is no issue in the area...which is clearly not true as I still have none!
-
Gerard Davison (@kingsfleet) reported
@VodafoneUK I signed up for broadband and forgot to untick the router box, but customers services said I cannot return it. Can that be true? Seems a shame to recycle a router that will never be used.

@Bob_Footy_Horse @VodafoneUK @sky Yeah, we found them crap and went to 3, seems they kept billing us.

@SkyUK Wow Sky Trade in service so easy simply amazing, return packaging with new device, and 4 days after returning all is done, could be done in a week. Same service from Vodafone for me difficult and 60 days, and I had to visit a shop to complete the return. @VodafoneUK

The Full Snack Tester (Ben Dowen) (@FullSnackTester) reported
@swanny @VodafoneUK I feel very privileged to be in an area that has choices. Even if that choice is only* Virgin Media... it ain't so bad :) * Other ADSL broadband exists, but it isn't a great line so has some big limitations
-

@VodafoneUK Further more sending a complaint email is no longer easy because those in charge hide behind their staff. I don't want a chat bot or a phone number, I want an email address.
-

Sarah (@sarah____x) reported
@VodafoneUK been chatting to someone on live chat for half an hour and nothing has been resolved 🙄 can someone please help me?
-
Amanda Mulheron (@mully1410) reported
@VodafoneUK sooo disappointed that your happy for customers to look elsewhere for new mobile deals. Retention team no interest in keeping customers offering deals that u can clearly see avaliable online anyway so what's the point in them calling to help 'keep' you 😡

Josh Scully (@JoshAlexCairo) reported
@VodafoneUK @JimBethell @vodafone Thanks for the response, but this is useless to everyone that doesn't use that particular stretch of the Jubilee line =and to poorer customers who can't afford data plans) . Now your customers are the only ones who can't connect across the rest of the network, which is most of it
