    @VodafoneUK so once again a poor experience in one of your retail shops. My partner went in to sort her 5G issues out. Came away due to the lack of interest from the member of staff. This on the back of being cut off when we changed our SIM cards to 5G. Specifically asked that

    @VodafoneUK @Olivers125 Been having the exact same problem for days, have cleared cache, used different device etc. And it’s a problem with the site. Spoke to cust services who just said if I do it on the phone with them I can’t have the £70 USwitch voucher but I literally can’t.

    @VodafoneUK how do I enable Wifi calling on my Samsung Galaxy Fold? No options for it, can't find the info on your website. Since Vodafone sure signal has been deactivated I'm now left with a £100/month paper weight when I'm home and unable to use my phone to make calls...

    @VodafoneUK so after 1hr 25 mins on hold, the rep finally tells me that that the 'Disconnection' team have gone home for the day and I now have to call again, even though I called 1 hour before close time. CLASSIC Vodafone customer care - can't wait to leave this 2nd rate service
