Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

[1] Lied to again from, they said on the 7th that am engineer was 100% booked to come out today, and now just got off a call from vodafone saying that a booking was never made. My advice would be to 100% avoid Vodafone services @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK I called customer services about my broadband summary of monthly charges being different from the amount I was quoted and agreed to, however they said they were unable to help. If you're going to charge extra I want to cancel within the cooling off period. Thanks

@rocky3163 @__ItzJason @VodafoneUK Vodafone and O2 (tesco) are absolutely terrible around where I live and work (I drive around West Midlands and Wales). EE only loses signal in a couple of places, in literally the middle of nowhere. But EE is a bit pricey compared to the others. #MyTwoCents
