Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@VodafoneUK I have been on chat with customer services for 90 minutes and have yet to have my issue resolved. I’ve tried ringing 191 three times and haven’t gotten through to anyone. This is absolute bullshit Get someone to ring me NOW or I will cancel my contract.

@_lukeadcock @VodafoneUK file a complaint. Full review on all communication will be taken. Ensure you mention everything gone wrong they need to investigate. They will owe you what they promise, refund any money you lost, and offer compensation

Well I never thought I’d say this as I’ve been with them for years, but I can’t wait til the end of my phone contract with @VodafoneUK - it’s unusable, I can’t use internet or make calls. It’s been weeks and weeks and no improvement despite previous complaints.
