    Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK just to confirm, my internet service is back now. OpenReach engineer who visited earlier in the day has fixed the issue and restored internet service.

    @VodafoneUK I will welcome that as 3g is rubbish so if I lose signal indoors I have to rely on WiFi calling and just pray the WiFi doesn't go down. I remember my very phone Nokia 3310 there was never any signals issues on 2g. I loved that phone

    @VodafoneUK Hello, My husband and I were customers of Vodafone for many years. However in December 2016 we had a disputed amount it has proven difficult to get any one to resolve this issue in Vodafone. Is it possible for a name or contact details of the UK C.E.O.?

    @VodafoneUK Dear Hamza, this is hardly an excuse. I am already 1h20min on the chat as we speak and 24min on the phone and still not a solution. Also, when customers wish to downgrade it should be fine! I don't want to be interrogated as to why I wish to change nor have upgrades forced on me.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried calling but I can’t get through to a real person, they keep directing me to TOBi who is saying that all customer service reps are busy, it’s all getting a bit boring tbh! Thx for your help though.
