    @VodafoneUK your customer service is a joke, lied to by one of your advisers that my phone was ready for collection. Drove 20 miles to collect and it wasn't. Called to complain and was put on hold for 45 while another adviser investigated. How do I make a complaint?

    @VodafoneUK hello I've just completed a trade in of my old phone, new phone has arrived, but the return envelope has not. I've just called customer service who tell me that they cannot authorize sending out an envelope and I have to use the app again. This seems ridiculous.

    @TGE_LDNM @VodafoneUK Very difficult! They are not morons btw they are nearly all just old ‘AI’ bots… you need to try and get a human who has a customer service email address and talk to them. Deliveries fail at the last mile because this part of the process is the most expensive and under resourced!
