Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@VodafoneUK why can't I speak to a person in Tech support??Your a phone company who don't want people to call them. Your online chat is shite, I have been trying to get an issue resolved now for nearly 2 weeks, you will still expect me to pay my bill despite unable to tex or data
