Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

I don't know what @VodafoneUK have done to their cell service in the South Wales area, but it is abysmal. I have poor signal in places I had good signal, and no signal in placess I had poor signal. 🙄🙄

@VodafoneUK your Hampstead branch has been closed for three days in a row with "technical issues" - I ordered a SIM card to be delivered there. Please can you confirm when you'll fix the issues and reopen? I kind of need a phone, you know.
