    Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK after 1 hour on your online chat service trying to resolve and issue only to have the chat end abruptly and not receiving a call or email from you customer service team after numerous requests after the issue sums up #poorservice no #CustomerEngagement

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same issue very recently with BT regarding my Dad's mobile account, they kept using excuses for why there was a delay in closing his account after this death. Every other company I had to deal with (and there were many) dealt with the situation much better than BT.

    hi @VodafoneUK - over the last few months your coverage has got so bad that I not only don't get a signal in my village, but I have problems in central London too. Any particularr reason for this? Given it's a business phone, it's not ideal!
