    Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

    @VodafoneUK I spoke to your cancellation team but was never offered a chat with your retention team. I only drppped your BB because of continued poor performance due to, I suspect as a broadcast engineer, due to over contention in my area. In the evenings I have saved speed tests.

    @MsSC1986 @VodafoneUK I mean, if there are other devices on the network using data then it can certainly cause a disparity between hub speed and device speed. But for it to be a fraction of a percent of the total hub speed? Yeah, something a bit off there... 😬
