Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@VodafoneUK not usually one to moan, but twice I've had double the correct amount taken from my account and its left me overdrawn by £125. Bill should only be £60. Already raised complaint and clearly not helped. I'll be leaving once contract is up.

@VodafoneUK - taking advantage of loyal customers. Discovered yesterday that I'd been paying more than new customers for the same deal for many months now. Unhappy and appalled!! Yet I can't get any help over the phone. Not on, sort it out Vodafone!
