    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    Being a good dad, I have been paying my daughter’s phone bill and @VodafoneUK have been happy to take my money. When we finally got them to cancel the account and admit they had taken 2x extra payments. The refund was supposed to be in account in 48hours. A month later nothing!

    Just been told by @VodafoneUK that it is too expensive for that massive company to send a router next day despite Jade needing internet to complete uni work before they can get us a router. Fantastically bad service from them yet again

    @Ch4d96 @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK seem to place higher in independent studies, and have much better indoor coverage, when i was with @ThreeUK i coudnt even get a signal in the St David shopping centre in Cardiff, very patch coverage with 3 in Wales, thats why i left and joined @VodafoneUK

    Update on the @VodafoneUK shitshow: Engineer we booked for tomorrow to come out and fix the mess. Confirmed it twice over the phone with 2 different people... Apparently we imagined that folks. That didn't happen. Talk about awful customer service 😲 I'm in shock tbh 🙃

    @VodafoneUK I won’t be taking up any of Vodafone’s offers I’ve been with Them over 22 years recently I’ve been extremely messed around by Vodafone even director support & now over a month later it’s still not sorted customer service & customer care means nothing to Vodafone

    Terrible customer service from @VodafoneUK. Apparently I’ve been put on a business account without my knowledge. Have to present military ID AGAIN in store despite presenting it in the Devizes store when I bought the phone (even have a signed copy but that’s not enough).
