It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

And I'm always connected whenever I'm outside the house. No issues with connectivity whatsoever.

This is the first time I’ve had a problem claiming £10 off my bill as you’re usually pretty quick doing it. I just didn’t realise it would take this long. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
