    @VodafoneUK @andyholtby92 We have been pushed from pillar to post since we moved in out last property with poor service and it's a shame we can't leave out contract before moving to our new property next week.     @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have nothing but utter utter contempt for @Vodafone. Going round and round in circles with this awful V-SOS product. Aaaarghhhhh!!!!! 😡😡😡. This reminds me precisely why I left this awful sorry excuse for a company 5 years ago.

    @VodafoneUK ordered a phone Sunday. Your payment system did not take the payment, despite bank authorising the payment. Contacted your support, assured I'd be called back within 24 hours and the refund back within 48. 48 hours later and neither have happened. Please help.

    @VodafoneUK well I have waited the specific time for an email from Vodafone to unlock my phone. They said it should be done 24-48 hrs and 7-10 days well today is the tenth day and nothing so rude and unhelpful need my phone as cannot use landline

    @VodafoneUK again, super disappointed with Vodafone customer services.. was told I would have a cask back with in the hour at 17.30...... it is now 22.01 and im still waiting....... despite explaining the urgency and time scale of this problem affecting my families future...

    Being a good dad, I have been paying my daughter’s phone bill and @VodafoneUK have been happy to take my money. When we finally got them to cancel the account and admit they had taken 2x extra payments. The refund was supposed to be in account in 48hours. A month later nothing!

    Just been told by @VodafoneUK that it is too expensive for that massive company to send a router next day despite Jade needing internet to complete uni work before they can get us a router. Fantastically bad service from them yet again

    @GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

    - after setting off SOS almost 5 minutes before band mode changed - after “Help on way” flashing green doesn’t change to solid green - after emergency over, band still hasn’t reset - hopeless. Absolutely hopeless. @whichUK PLEASE investigate @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK Left last Friday now on @virginmedia mobile very happy 😃 you sales team did have the chance of keeping me as a customer but I had a much better offer from virgin mobile all about the prices you need to look at that so I won’t be giving you my number better luck next time

    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    @VodafoneUK He does have a Facebook account the issue he has is that he works long hours and has already taken time out of work waiting for calls where he answers straightaway and then the line goes dead. I don’t want any information I am just trying to help him as I have more free time

    @TallestTim @VodafoneUK Had the same issue on Saturday. Resorted to the webchat, which took 45 mins to get a PAC code. Their PAC code text number does not work either. Really poor.

    @VodafoneUK No he didnt. He told me contact vodafone and get it sorted and he wont deliver it without the swap but we had nothing to swap. I am trying to call your CS and the call is failing all the time. we are now 4 days without internet - it is very bad.

    @VodafoneUK Not really, it says that it is open until 9pm on your website but it had already closed when I got there at 7pm! Seems like there is a problem somewhere!

    @VodafoneUK Yes it is only when he gets called by the customer relations team no one else has any trouble calling him when he spoke to Vodafone complaints they said there had been some problems with phone calls as people are working from home surely if this is the case they could email him?

    @VodafoneUK when we informed you we were moving house on Friday, why on earth did you, without warning, cancel our broadband today? Call centre says there’s nothing they can do. Now having to cancel important meetings and sort everything for house move on my phone.
