    @VodafoneUK and so...5 hours worth of phone calls today with a number of different people & no one has any authority to sort ANYTHING OUT! 22 years as a loyal customer & you couldn’t give two shits!! I now have to wait 2 days for a manager to call me! Just wow @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK unbelievable response from your contact centre around Ukrainian refugee SIM cards. Call handler could not have been more unhelpful or rude. As a long standing @VodafoneGroup customer I am shocked by the response I have just had. Unhelpful in the extreme.

    @VodafoneUK Slow speeds and having to restart router to connect some devices. Occasionally drops out too. I have a ticket number but no one gets back to me and it takes too long to chase.

    @VodafoneUK yr chat lines are garbage. no reply and have been online 4 ages. i owe you money and wld like to pay. my phone no longer on your nwk so cant go further on yr 03 numbers ending 0191 or 8065. demonstrates why i left. is there a human i can speak to resolve this?
