    @VodafoneUK sent me a ‘free’ tablet in 2016, never did they tell me the sim card (never used) would be chargeable and have found out they’ve deviously taken a total of £480 from my business account since. Been offered £96 as ‘good will’ but refused and will go to court instead.

    @VodafoneUK Your customer services is a complete and utter shambles! I have rung your technical dept on 10 occasions to try and rectify my conference call feature which still doesn’t work, but you have now restricted my services so can’t even make outgoing calls for a 2nd time!

    Terrible customer service from @VodafoneUK. Apparently I’ve been put on a business account without my knowledge. Have to present military ID AGAIN in store despite presenting it in the Devizes store when I bought the phone (even have a signed copy but that’s not enough).
