    @VodafoneUK Hi Charlotte My wife is not on Twitter but I can DM you on here with her details. She has spoken to Customer Service this morning and they can’t even give an estimated date and said that it was due to a stock issue from @Apple but yet @O2 can still send customers one in 3 weeks??

    @VodafoneUK Why not in the UK ??? surely people in Cairo will have a difficult accent to understand easily ? And they will not understand what we are saying sometimes, I have had this problem with call centres in India . I am a #Vodafone customer and I believe Uk jobs should be in UK .
