@VodafoneUK to be honest it's quite annoying that your renewal team can't help with customer service issues I have. If you call me to get me to lock in a contract for 18 months it would be better if you could deal with billing errors.

@VodafoneUK @toadtomj I have not had a Vodafone signal in my house or my previous house for over 22 years. My company were stupid enough to choose Vodafone, I on the other hand chose Three for my personal mobile and the overall service and coverage is a million times better than Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK I have used the network checker many times. Each time brings disappointment. I use the nPerf app, which tells you where to find a 5G signal, rather than Vodafones network checker telling me where there isn't one. I already know that there isn't one

@VodafoneUK Stace, I’m sure my wife’s 93 year old aunt would wish to ‘move forward’. However right now she remains alone in her house, cut off by @VodafoneUK through no fault of her own, awaiting resolution of the issue by Thursday. Disappointing is not the word I would use to describe this.

@Tariqkhanmad @VodafoneUK Nope some pages get stuck and won’t open up I tried about a month then cancelled at the time they even tried to charge me for cancelling it despite they said 30 days you can cancel. Terrible customer service too!

@eann_hie @HBPship @VodafoneUK Yes. Fortunately we switched at the distillery from Vodafone, so it's fine. Not able to work from home is a pain. The hot spots are being rapidly drained of data. It would be good if they could issue 4g routers if it is going to be a 2 week fix.
