@VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

@VodafoneUK to be honest it's quite annoying that your renewal team can't help with customer service issues I have. If you call me to get me to lock in a contract for 18 months it would be better if you could deal with billing errors.

Has anyone ever tried to get through to @VodafoneUK when you don’t have an account? I’ve been trying to resolve a bad debt (around £20) which is now 8 years old .. they are impacting my credit rating!! Aren’t there rules @Ofcom ??
