    @VodafoneUK to be honest it's quite annoying that your renewal team can't help with customer service issues I have. If you call me to get me to lock in a contract for 18 months it would be better if you could deal with billing errors.

    @VodafoneUK @toadtomj I have not had a Vodafone signal in my house or my previous house for over 22 years. My company were stupid enough to choose Vodafone, I on the other hand chose Three for my personal mobile and the overall service and coverage is a million times better than Vodafone.

    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    Told by @VodafoneUK shop in #Basingstoke that they would send my daughter’s #Vodafone branded phone for repair free of charge. It has a broken charging port. Took it in and because the screen is cracked now told there would be a charge.

    @VodafoneUK That didn’t seem to work for me earlier. It just gave me the link to change plan. I resignedly changed my plan via the app but I didn’t get the service that I wanted. I guess I’m just making the point that it should be easier to speak to a human.

    @MoxFoulder @VodafoneUK @Wimbledon We agree she's not the greatest thing since sliced bread, then. What's your problem? I don't think she has the mentality to become a great player. Her US win was incredible, but looks increasingly like a fluke. I hope the expectation heaped on her doesn't ruin her.
