    @VodafoneUK @toadtomj I have not had a Vodafone signal in my house or my previous house for over 22 years. My company were stupid enough to choose Vodafone, I on the other hand chose Three for my personal mobile and the overall service and coverage is a million times better than Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK to be honest it's quite annoying that your renewal team can't help with customer service issues I have. If you call me to get me to lock in a contract for 18 months it would be better if you could deal with billing errors.

    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    Vodafone UK mobile support very poor and spoke to them for 30 minutes and one of the member handed over the call to next person ... and started all over again 🤮 @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    Told by @VodafoneUK shop in #Basingstoke that they would send my daughter’s #Vodafone branded phone for repair free of charge. It has a broken charging port. Took it in and because the screen is cracked now told there would be a charge.

    Unbelievably fed up with @VodafoneUK for 4 months now they tell me there is no issue with signal in my area and yet it's got to the stage I have it in 2 areas of my house only. So clearly that's metal fault when we've not changed the construction of our walls!!! Want to leave...

    @VodafoneUK I regularly get contact from you offering various things on #VeryMe allegedly accessed through the "My Vodafone" app. Thing is the app never opens, it just spins & fails to connect. Before you ask, yes it's the latest version. Yes I've tried WiFi only or data only

    .@Vodafoneuk #IsteadRise #Kent you have unwound the big mast by the A2 / A227 junction great to have CA but lowered the antennas by maybe 10+ metres! result is no service for many customers in Da13 9 had to use customers WiFi to use my sumup card reader.

    For anyone wanting appalling service from a broadband provider @VodafoneUK are the people you need! Left in March, still receiving bills for a service I haven't been receiving/cancelled. After 5 months they are threatening to finally disconnect me! Time for @Ofcom me thinks
