Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

@VodafoneUK unbelievable response from your contact centre around Ukrainian refugee SIM cards. Call handler could not have been more unhelpful or rude. As a long standing @VodafoneGroup customer I am shocked by the response I have just had. Unhelpful in the extreme.

@VodafoneUK Contradiction much lol "When the offer ends, the data will likely drop back down to 5GB unless we introduce a new offer on this package." -> I haven't advised that your data will drop at the end of the contract so I apologise if I made you feel like this was the case.

@VodafoneUK 10 - probably not popular given many of the comments but I had superb customer experience @ Vodafone Shrewsbury this week, 4 tariffs & Broadband reduced, phone fixed in seconds and a great upgrade - makes the 12 months overpayment a bit more palatable

@O2 your customer service is awful. Your inshore staff are lovely but useless. I was on hold for 45 mins only to be cut off. Your phone is shoddy and broken less than and year. @VodafoneUK @EE give me 5 more months of this **** show and I'll be in touch
