Despite receiving no reminder from u of a problem uv added £5 late payment fee to my bill today claiming 'late payment'.Given the current cost of living crisis how do u justify that? My company were stupid enough to choose Vodafone, I on the other hand chose Three for my personal mobile and the overall service and coverage is a million times better than Vodafone.
