@VodafoneUK unbelievable response from your contact centre around Ukrainian refugee SIM cards. Call handler could not have been more unhelpful or rude. As a long standing @VodafoneGroup customer I am shocked by the response I have just had. Unhelpful in the extreme.

@VodafoneUK Contradiction much lol "When the offer ends, the data will likely drop back down to 5GB unless we introduce a new offer on this package." -> I haven't advised that your data will drop at the end of the contract so I apologise if I made you feel like this was the case.

If anyone is on @VodafoneUK and has a data breach, be warned, they will tell you their non-existent fraud team (I’ve been told by a former employee) found no fraud and they can’t cancel the contract EVEN though they added a 3rd party to my account without my permission.

@VodafoneUK Thanks Izzy, it's not your fault, it's deliberate on the part of vodafone senior management because hampering the ability to cancel increases quarterly profit margins. No problem at all, as far as I am concerned I have filled any legal obligation I had to vodafone.
