    @VodafoneUK Contradiction much lol "When the offer ends, the data will likely drop back down to 5GB unless we introduce a new offer on this package." -> I haven't advised that your data will drop at the end of the contract so I apologise if I made you feel like this was the case.

    This @VodafoneUK crap is realllly starting to get me down now. Literally being passed from pillar to post and even though they’ve confirmed it’s a data breach, no cancellation If anyone wants to pay £1500 to get me out of this hell hole with Vodafone I would be very happy.

    @VodafoneUK unbelievable response from your contact centre around Ukrainian refugee SIM cards. Call handler could not have been more unhelpful or rude. As a long standing @VodafoneGroup customer I am shocked by the response I have just had. Unhelpful in the extreme.

    If anyone is on @VodafoneUK and has a data breach, be warned, they will tell you their non-existent fraud team (I’ve been told by a former employee) found no fraud and they can’t cancel the contract EVEN though they added a 3rd party to my account without my permission.

    @VodafoneUK and so...5 hours worth of phone calls today with a number of different people & no one has any authority to sort ANYTHING OUT! 22 years as a loyal customer & you couldn’t give two shits!! I now have to wait 2 days for a manager to call me! Just wow @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK customer service is SO incompetent. Signed me up for a plan I NEVER agreed to and trying to charge £600+ to change it. Made a complaint but no end in sight as I just get passed around teams. No one use Vodafone to save yourself a headache. LIVID

    @MGDuckyyyyy @VodafoneUK after being escalated to a manager I was informed that there IS network issue in my area, it doesnt show on the status page, but is marked internally and its being worked on as part of an upgrade in the area. So there we have it the status pages are not actually true.. shocker.

    @CheekyVic @VodafoneUK I've been with most mobile suppliers. I'm now in with superdrug which is 3 in all but name. Cost me £20-00 per month. On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

    @VodafoneUK You put my bill up by £2.50 a month with no notice. Odd you don’t text, when you’re keen to cold call me from all sorts of different numbers. If I wanted a crap service I’d go to EE. #disappointed
