@VodafoneUK to be honest it's quite annoying that your renewal team can't help with customer service issues I have. If you call me to get me to lock in a contract for 18 months it would be better if you could deal with billing errors.

@VodafoneUK @toadtomj I have not had a Vodafone signal in my house or my previous house for over 22 years. My company were stupid enough to choose Vodafone, I on the other hand chose Three for my personal mobile and the overall service and coverage is a million times better than Vodafone.

Told by @VodafoneUK shop in #Basingstoke that they would send my daughter’s #Vodafone branded phone for repair free of charge. It has a broken charging port. Took it in and because the screen is cracked now told there would be a charge.

Another hour spent online chat with @VodafoneUK trying to resolve another billing problem. New voda broadband in Aug & every single months billing has been wrong. I wish I hadn't switched, so much unnecessary extra stress. Formal complaint on the way.
