@VodafoneUK Contradiction much lol "When the offer ends, the data will likely drop back down to 5GB unless we introduce a new offer on this package." -> I haven't advised that your data will drop at the end of the contract so I apologise if I made you feel like this was the case.

Great. Change broadband provider to @VodafoneUK because I was fed up of poor internet from my previous. Connected but no internet and no way to contact help. Wife already has lost half a day of home working. 😠

joined @VodafoneUK They failed to get WiFi calling set up . Handset returned during 14 days . Told by customer service no charge . Then charged 1 month airtime. Tried to contact customer service . Told refund was arranged. No refund received. Terrible few days with Vodafone

@O2 is there issues with the phone signal in Leeds? For two days when I go to the city centre my signal cuts out and can’t even send Standard texts let alone use the internet? Partner having the same issue on @VodafoneUK
