@VodafoneUK to be honest it's quite annoying that your renewal team can't help with customer service issues I have. If you call me to get me to lock in a contract for 18 months it would be better if you could deal with billing errors.

Told by @VodafoneUK shop in #Basingstoke that they would send my daughter’s #Vodafone branded phone for repair free of charge. It has a broken charging port. Took it in and because the screen is cracked now told there would be a charge.

@VodafoneUK @toadtomj I have not had a Vodafone signal in my house or my previous house for over 22 years. My company were stupid enough to choose Vodafone, I on the other hand chose Three for my personal mobile and the overall service and coverage is a million times better than Vodafone.

Having fibre issues with @VodafoneUK just now. Fibre off since Saturday and Vodafone told me that @OpenreachHelp didn't need access to the property....so Openreach attended! Now Openreach say they did tell Vodafone that access was required...BIG CIRCLE.....let's waste my days off

I'm exhausted with it - I've had calls back since Friday night, and PATCHY 4G since Saturday night... but when I say patchy, it's still INCREDIBLY slow, can't watch anything on Disney+/Netflix cos of the infernal buffering, sometimes it's taking half an hour to load
