Saul (@saul_SJM) reported from Enham-Alamein, England@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK after 1 hour on your online chat service trying to resolve and issue only to have the chat end abruptly and not receiving a call or email from you customer service team after numerous requests after the issue sums up #poorservice no #CustomerEngagement

Tony Johnson (@JohnsSonTony) reported from Alderbury, EnglandGoing old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

Lord Kieran Peters (@KieranRhys) reported from Whitchurch, EnglandI think @VodafoneUK need to ACTUALLY train their ‘Tech Support Team’ No one knows what they are doing. #vodafone #badcustomerservice

🏳️🌈Lord K🏳️🌈 (@KieranRTP) reported from Whitchurch, EnglandIf anyone is on @VodafoneUK and has a data breach, be warned, they will tell you their non-existent fraud team (I’ve been told by a former employee) found no fraud and they can’t cancel the contract EVEN though they added a 3rd party to my account without my permission.
-
🏳️🌈Lord K🏳️🌈 (@KieranRTP) reported from Whitchurch, EnglandThis @VodafoneUK crap is realllly starting to get me down now. Literally being passed from pillar to post and even though they’ve confirmed it’s a data breach, no cancellation If anyone wants to pay £1500 to get me out of this hell hole with Vodafone I would be very happy.

Tony Johnson (@JohnsSonTony) reported from Alderbury, EnglandThen it rinses the battery by constantly searching for 4G. If I switch it to 2g/3g only in settings it holds that signal. Clearly something going on between my phone and the network but @VodafoneUK just keep giving me the same advice that doesn't work. (2/3).

-

-

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing my my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

Chelle (@thechellestar) reported@VodafoneUK I need help accessing an active Lifetime Warranty repair for my 14 Pro. Store confirmed the warranty is active but your repair system would not allow the claim to be submitted. Apple has confirmed the display fault is not customer damage. Please can someone DM me?
-
Delwar Ullah (@Sheffield128) reported@VodafoneUK Gemini has just told me she’s now on your platform that is fantastic. I’ve got a on my phone right now. Can I make a little suggestion? Get rid of Toby? Let Gemini do that job from a customer that has been with you since 1995.
