    @VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

    Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

    @VodafoneUK what a terrible service from these, over 3 hours on webchat last night to then get cut off at 21:45 and now sitting on hold to the complaints team waiting for a manager which could take half hour and they can’t offer a call back cause he is inbound contact only. Joke

    @VodafoneUK I’m afraid it’s not working, no. I have set up a new Google account with the same email address but that’s not working. This happened because I deleted the Google Workspace account.

    @DKBJ13 @VodafoneUK Good luck with that, I went into the shop out of pure desperation to see if they could help resolve and they just told me to ring their technical broadband support and if no joy to return the kit as I was still in my 14 days at the time!! Hope you get your issue resolved 🤞🏻

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking experience with vodafone broadband Keep losing connection, Vodafone App keeps failing & won't connect to router. Over the past year had boosters, dongle & router replaced & it still fails. Will be contacting Which magazine legal to cancel contract

    @VodafoneUK After last nights experience I wont be reaching out to the live chat Rachel, cut me off after over 3 hours, passed to different areas and then at 21:45 got cut off. Broken English on the chat as well. Not understanding what we were actually wanting, Making no sense to our enquiry
