    @VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

    @VodafoneUK Reading other tweets...quite reassuring that at least it’s not just me that’s having nothing but trouble with Vodafone and customer service. I’m even being ignored or fobbed off by Complaints team and given nothing but empty promises with very limited communication.

    @VodafoneUK Please can someone contact me urgently regarding an account I have not had for over fours years & a letter received today. I have tried to call your customer service line this morning. After getting cut off twice, when I did get through I was told you were closed.

    @VodafoneUK can you tell me why, after speaking to numerous customer services reps, going in-store, emails etc..., that still 2 months later, you have still not unblocked my old phone device after you incorrectly marked it as lost/stolen...???

    @Ofcom @ThreeUK don't help, either. Even charging me an extra £5 a month because I'm can't pay by direct debit. @VodafoneUK on the other hand, helped me out in such a way I honestly do not have words to express how much they saved my life; they bent over backwards to #MakeItRight

    Trying to rearrange contracts with @VodafoneUK and called 191 - Referred me to "Tobi" who told me to phone 191. Constant loop of zero service.... Why oh why have I stayed with them for 25 years???

    @VodafoneUK @vodafoneuknews Vodafone continue to take customers money as customers still waits for a connection. 7 weeks and apparently offshore cannot provide solutions. Just escalation notifications not equal to a solution Which is a simple cellular connection
