I was also told I would be called back at an allotted time after waiting for 2 hours on hold for only to never get a call back. But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

@VodafoneUK Already have a complaint manager looking at it. But you letting me know that final bill is in normal cycle and your website confirming within 22 days I don’t think you have a leg to stand on thanks. The date on the bill was March 2021. I have been a happy @EE customer since 2018

@VodafoneUK So a final bill should be generated in around 1 month of leaving. That’s interesting as also my thoughts. So can you please explain why your complaints team think it’s acceptable to issue a final bill 3 years after I left and just took the money from account?

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom OK so having sent a DM i've simply had the reply that Vodafone do not understand. Is this really the service you guys are providing. i cannot even access the complaint portal. The amount of ways that Vodafone avoid accountability and continue to be negligent is astounding.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone have taken approx 20 hours of my time regarding trying to get my services fixed then cancelled once Vodafone couldn’t fix the broadband. They agreed to not charge a fee to cancel, then hit me with £170 bill and now say they can’t see the notes.

@VodafoneUK I need HELP. My phone not receiving calls or txts, have been on to help desk. Keep being promised resolution in 2 to 48 hours. Been told this 6 times over last week. Cant sign in to my ac or app as unable to receive the passcode you try to send me. I can ring out.
