Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

Still not sure if an engineer is coming or not as agin no call back. will probably end up more disadvantage with vodafone

@VodafoneUK worst service offered by Vodafone. Sent faulty phone as a new phone and never care to replace the phone. Sales team shows starts and moon and support team throws you no where. Very frustrating!

@VodafoneUK You are an absolute joke .. we’ve now been told we need to go into a store to cancel our contracts! We will never use your services again. We are a business with 15 mobile phones that you will not get contracts for!! Your customer service team in business are appalling!

I have honestly never had to deal with a company that was more incompetent than @VodafoneUK Utterly shambolic, left hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, let alone the right one. It will be a cold day in hell before you ever see another penny of my money.
