I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

I was also told I would be called back at an allotted time after waiting for 2 hours on hold for only to never get a call back. But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

@VodafoneUK Also. I don’t see that as an investment in London but a regression. Surely removing yourself from a major part of the city is the opposite to investment? I often have to change plans while I’m in the underground network.
