    I was also told I would be called back at an allotted time after waiting for 2 hours on hold for only to never get a call back. But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

    @VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

    @VodafoneUK to be honest it's quite annoying that your renewal team can't help with customer service issues I have. If you call me to get me to lock in a contract for 18 months it would be better if you could deal with billing errors.

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

    @VodafoneUK You've got the worst deals around. The s21 is cheaper than the 20fe but you have to trade in a 9 or 10 and then your deals on refurbished phones are the same price. My upgrade is due now and I can't even be bothered with you

    @SneerPire @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Things go wrong and do break down. But how you deal with it, or dont deal with it is how you keep or upset customers... It's this continual lack of action, broken promises of action, Support Tickets closed when the fault still persists, and so much more
