    @CheekyVic @VodafoneUK I've been with most mobile suppliers. I'm now in with superdrug which is 3 in all but name. Cost me £20-00 per month. On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @VodafoneUK All lights are white on the front and I can connect to the router, however I have either no or a painfully slow connection. I've rebooted the system and that hasn't helped. I'm happy to dm you. You'll find all the info already there from previous issues.

    @magpie_farm @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK Been customer of yours for 25 years - biz & priv. Spoke to your Broadband team after an hour wait, saying nothing wrong their end. Little snippet of info been directing incl. IT & broadband roll-out b2b & b2c rural for 20 years. Stop the lying, as it could turn legal.

    @VodafoneUK This link is useless. The issue is in your network esp with the amount of reports currently. Unless everyone’s router went down at the same time. Already tried resetting router etc. no access for over 2 hrs now.

    @CityFibre Your @VodafoneUK 'install' is an absolute joke. Having assured us it is possible to get your broadband, we've just had the second team in a fortnight turn up and say too complex, the wrong team's been sent etc. Appalling we can't call you, either. Awful service.
