    @mattPez @Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK My worst was with vi#gin media where they start with sorry and then start sounding condescending about you choosing a different deal. Sure, they offer a higher speed, but if it’s not reliable while I’m wfh, it ain’t worth the double you have to pay for it.

    Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

    @ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

    @VodafoneUK have the worst customer services. Trying to upgrade broadband for weeks. Automated online (always a bad sign) never gives answer & never puts through to a real person, shop cant help: say I need to phone, phone keeps cutting out. I want to talk to a human!

    Worst customer service in history award goes to @VodafoneUK ! Avoid them at all costs. 6months ago my daughter misplaced her handset straight after getting it. I called and asked what I should do. They advised me to blacklist the device, they said it was very simple to reverse!

    @VodafoneUK waited all day for a no show engineer to come and fix our internet on Monday, and have called four times since to book a new appointment, every call has ended with a promise of an email with a new time, but received nothing, everytime. Please assist,this is ridiculous

    @VodafoneUK We have now been given our FIFTH promised broadband activation date after Vodafone has repeatedly failed to deliver a working connection. Each time long calls on hold to customer services. Come on Vodafone, not a very impressive start.

    Loyal customers for years, but this is a joke and appalling customer service. We’re paying for a service we’re not receiving and now hindered from returning to work because of a failure on @VodafoneUK’s part that they’re now not willing to fix in any sensible way. 3/3
