    @VodafoneUK Really dissapointed with the broadband service. We were supposed to be up and running last Thursday and nothing. No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

    @VodafoneUK have had my phone disconnected for 30 hours that I’m aware of now. No warning to any restriction either. I have spoken to online team who fob me off with “it’ll be 24hours” Absolutly disgusted with the service. Maybe I’ll cancel the upgrade we’ve just done :/

    @VodafoneUK You are a joke! Went into a store for an upgrade that your staff couldn’t do! Ended up disconnecting my number for no reason ! Now have a phone with the wrong number. It took you two mins to F*** up, phone call after phone with no resolution. Lost work, furious 😡

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply. No. We are all in country. We have 6 phones in the same contract for over 9 years and have never had an overage. Now we are asked to pay £200 for a data overage. We received no text messages of an overage or evidence of which phone caused the overage.
