    Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup probably one of the most dire customer services ever experienced! Wrong info every time, txt messages with wrong information, automated systems with wrong information, & customer services that seem to read different screens ever time you call.!

    @mattPez @Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK My worst was with vi#gin media where they start with sorry and then start sounding condescending about you choosing a different deal. Sure, they offer a higher speed, but if it’s not reliable while I’m wfh, it ain’t worth the double you have to pay for it.

    @VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

    @VodafoneUK Losing Internet every day from 11am onwards, every day, several times a day, for about 2 weeks now! Can't speak to a HUMAN as we're constantly being redirected to "Tobi" (bot). Either fix your ****, or offer compensation.

    @ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

    @AMGoldschmidt @VodafoneUK Its been poor to terrible to poor imho, nothing like the connection I get in Lincoln, Retford or Worksop. Seeing as Vodafone have offices in the towns industrial estate its kind of embarrassing. If I lived near the town centre I would move provider.

    @VodafoneUK Do you want to explain why, in the last 24-48 hours, my router has dropped and re-established connection with the internet randomly throughout the day? Do you have exchange issues at NR32 or has CityFibre gone through another one of your lines again?
