Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

. @VodafoneUK Unfortunately my wife was mis sold an upgrade by one of your agents who said it would solve our broadband issues. We have been trying to cancel the upgrade and on hold for hours over the last week. Our cooling off period ends and we cannot cancel online.

@VodafoneUK Hello, I agree with you. But only applied to sending to my home address as per your previous contact. I've contacted the company and online services but no commercial Sim-Card replacement will be able to reach me. The issue is getting the sim-card replacement out of there to me.
