@VodafoneUK I cannot speak to a human regarding my account or pay a bill. Online ‘chat’ service just gives you options you haven’t asked for or logs you off, 191 just goes round&round &doesn’t actually listen to voice prompts/cuts you off. Not good enough.

What's a couple thousand moaning, look at the current government fiasco. They all try to get away with it, until caught, then empty apologies, given by support staff. 🙁😡

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK much sympathy. Vodaphone were by far the most difficult to satisfy when I had to terminate my late husband's £7 a month account. they demanded all 64 pages of the POA. it went on for weeks. it's made me hate them!

They said it had to be my mum that cancelled when I phoned and when I said she no longer had the capacity to do this they kept taking money for months. Court of protection solicitor had trouble too 😢
