@VodafoneUK worst service I have ever experience. Impossible to actually speak to someone. Go through web chat to complete upgrade then told right at the end a system issue has occurred and to contact again tomorrow! Probably also been credit scored. Will be going elsewhere

@VodafoneUK what are you doing to my account? You’re supposed to be reverting my plan, refunding flexi fee, and applying compensation for a complaint. But instead my plan is showing 2GB data (instead of 72) and £100 plan cost instead of £31? 🤨

The whole @VodafoneUK web experience and app is just awful- you'd think upgrading or re-contracting would just be simple. It's clearly not had any UCD what so ever. So a phone call it will be, as it has been for the last few years and I think a change of provider is on the cards

@VodafoneUK Your broadband service is shocking, supposed to be getting 60mb speeds and only getting 3mb, reported it a while ago and it’s only got worse since then, just attempted to call about it and just a recorded message saying you are unable to answer my call
