    Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

    @VodafoneUK I am with Vodafone since last one and a half years..and i am in unlimited pack.i just get 4mbps speed and i work in royal navy so travel. I don’t get network where EE gets it normally. so i asked Vodafone to cancel my contact but they charging me for it.

    @VodafoneUK I had a chat with them they simply said i have to pay the cancellation fees for the contract.. but its not my fault i have been facing this for so many days.. its not my fault still Vodafone is charging me £250 for it.. really bad..
