@VodafoneUK It’s all the time. Your chat bot is awful and your phone line is designed to drive traffic to the chat bot or an automated service. Poor service. I’ve never experienced worse customer service. Ill be going back to @EE No wonder you’re the worst rated provider…

Incredibly frustrated trying to order @VodafoneUK broadband. To get an earlier installation date with @WeAreOpenreach, I was told I meeded to cancel the order and reorder in a week‘s time. That would be today. Now I cannot reorder as it says my credit check failed, but that 1/n

@VodafoneUK can you guys stop billing me for my old address that I moved from I keep getting double billed everyone I spoke to said they would resolve it and it won’t happen again yet it has. Please stop it or I will cancel it as your in breach of your own contract here.
