    Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

    @VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.

    Ha! Finally had someone from "customer care" @VodafoneUK call me after my @SamsungHelpUK watch overheated on my wrist. Said I can't reject the watch & He called it an Apple watch & didn't know where it gets sent to & didn't know how long it would be away! Some customer care?!

    Oi @VodafoneUK if someone called me and my voicemail engaged; I would have a record of that on my phone yes? Phone was on, had signal and I was available for a call that never came through and they’re claiming it did. Please help.

    @VodafoneUK so this is how you do customer service… outsource it to online staff who then drop your chat when it gets difficult. And no - I wasn’t connected to another adviser. Can’t wait to get out of contract with you after 25 years. You are a joke #vodafone

    @VodafoneUK congratulations after over 20 years your service and greed has convinced me to stop dealing with you. I can't believe just because I'm on a legacy system and want to link a new Samsung watch to my account I have to either wait 3 months or pay £130!! Great service.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I have upgraded via the chat/sales recently and over the phone. Never had an issue in 20 years. This upgrade process has been ongoing since November. Told investigation would be done but when I've checked back. There's been no action & told to reorder. Raise a case also done
