Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@VodafoneUK mistakenly charges me £89.71. I ring repeatedly, promised diff solutions each time. Nothing is resolved. Lots of distress. Ask for compensation. They offer £89.71. Surely this isn't compensation? It's just them resolving the problem + essentially issuing me nothing?

@TheyCallHimR @VodafoneUK i work from home a little, and my service has been awful for a while, devices keep dropping off, or won't connect. every morning my sky says no Internet, and I have to go round resetting router and sky Q boxes.hope you get back up soon.

@VodafoneUK Hi George thank you for responding. I have since managed to access my account & run a broadband test which returned showing no faults. I have borrowed a 5m ethernet cable and moved hub nearer to my PC. The PC found my network & connected but it didn't last. Need a wifi booster.
