People have real problems in life. Like ringing daily and being on hold for hours to enquire about bounce back loans

@The_Chadnesss @VodafoneUK Yeah this is the thing, I've not had a single problem in over 3 years but as soon as this came up, they literally couldn't have handled it worse. And I know they're under a lot of pressure with people working from home and Covid but still, this is pretty unacceptable!

It’s not necessarily the staff, it’s the IT systems that fail to deliver. Unfortunately, Vodafone is the only mobile signal available where I live. 😡
