Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@moonzafi @VodafoneUK I had this issue recently. Turns out I paid Jan bill before December so behind on December and two weeks early on Jan bill. Called them up and the payment was switched round and lines came back on.

@VodafoneUK I upgraded my contract on 22nd so that I’d have worldwide included in plan until 6/1/21 when the rules change, but it’s now 31st and my plan hasn’t charged and I’m now being charged £6 a day to use my phone 😡 can someone help please!!

@VodafoneUK I took out two sim deals through Cpw at the end of November, they were both cancelled within 48 hours. Since you’ve taken money out of my bank for line rental. Now your sending me texts about secure net, saying I need to cancel it unless I want it to continue.

I love getting extra charges phone without explanation and then I use their live chat, It’s a robot, which is useless and won’t put me through to someone who can help. Try Dm them it’s the exact same thing 🙄 @VodafoneUK sort your customer service out
