@VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.

@VodafoneUK just wondered if you would pay for 63mbs and get 11mbs for home broadband? Been on phone to you for hours. Through to 3rd line tech team and no resolution. Beware the low cost everyone. You clearly get what you pay for!!
