    @VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.

    Every month I’m arguing with @VodafoneUK customer service agents lol Rubbish people, no customer service training at all. The guy is even trying to raise his voice lol

    Worst customer service in history award goes to @VodafoneUK ! Avoid them at all costs. 6months ago my daughter misplaced her handset straight after getting it. I called and asked what I should do. They advised me to blacklist the device, they said it was very simple to reverse!

    @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK are my landline provider and say the routing of international scam calls are not their problem. Which of you can put a block on easily identifiable fraudulent calls entering the UK telephone network?

    Absolutely despise @VodafoneUK!! Send me a text to tell me they’ve restricted my service and to dial this number to pay, dial the number and I can’t get through because my service is restricted! Absolute joke, as if I should be paying £60 for no signal anyway
