    So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

    Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

    @VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.

    @VodafoneUK Can you tell me if the call centres are based in the UK? having used online chat, where advisors are based in India, the chats have proved futile because nothing has been sorted. Vodafone have now issued a bill despite our service not been activated. I am very close to cancelling

    Oh poor lass @VodafoneUK is trying so hard to unravel the 11 month **** up, now her manager who WON'T speak directly to me wants me to pay £76 cancellation fee for a service I have never had and have been told I CAN'T HAVE IN THIS AREA, by Openreach and Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK have been without broadband and phone for over a month! Was supposed to get a call back tonight from Fatma - shock no call! Worst service I have ever encountered. No internet and no one can seem to sort the issue!!
