Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@VodafoneUK Am full contract user, on iPhone 12mini for 3mths and (w/ one 15 min exception) I have NEVER GOT 5G COVERAGE. Live Ctrl Ldn under 5G mast! Vod shop swapped my SIM, and reset netwk settings, to no help. Think am not correctly provisioned by u. Nbr is 07919398562. Thx.

@VodafoneUK trying to sort out anything on the phone is a nightmare especially when quality of English language is so poor and barely intelligible— why not use UK call centre??
