    Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

    Why do @VodafoneUK & @o2 think it’s ok to ask the customer to get missing information about failed number port. Spent 4 hours+ speaking to both about my number not porting over correctly and currently disconnected.
