    @VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.

    So @VodafoneUK have yet to revert me back to my original price plan, they deactivated my sim, closed my online account, and told me my number doesn't exist. I've been with vodafone for 10 years almost. Not one straight answer from anyone. Time to change network.

    @VodafoneUK @hatevodafone @vodafoneuknews Does Vodafone actually train its UK staff to be rude to customers and keep cutting the line on them. I have never dealt with such unprofessional company.

    @VodafoneUK that's another hour wasted 'chatting' to someone who clearly was unable to comprehend a very simple problem and again I'm left frustrated. At least you tried but time to let Jeroen Hoencamp know what I think of his company... Not existent customer service STILL
