Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.

@VodafoneUK Ive been telling you the same thing for YEARS. Im still in Govan and you're still a terrible company. Every time I complain you tell me that you're working on it and it will improve soon OR that there are no reported faults in the area and you can't explain why there's no signal.
