So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@VodafoneUK YOU are the only provider in 25 years of having phone contracts who when told I was leaving you doubled my contract cost until the 30 days are up, I will NEVER use you again & will put my experience on trust pilot...30 days notice & charged £150 for a £38 contract!
