  Well @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK became rude!!! I pay nearly £100 a month for being abused in a live chat! Then after waiting in a queue for an hour I purposefully get cut off! Think I’ll cancel and go back elsewhere thanks!

  @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Appalling customer service i due a refund called up today was on the phone for an hour and a half then got told I would have a call back from a manager never happened! I called back was on the phone then they put down the phone and never called back

  @VodafoneUK my fibre broadband has been down for 5 days now and everytime I call I get fobbed off. When will it be fixed? I'm beyond fed up with the rubbish service you've provided. Twice it's gone down & only had for 5 weeks!

  @VodafoneUK about to approach day 3 with no WiFi 4G is crap in my area so adding data onto my already ULTD data is pointless Yet another “24 hour test” underway 👎🏻 Your L2 engineer was lovely but come on, you need to do better Shall be seeking alternative “reliable” providers now
