Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@VodafoneUK Highly disgusted with vodafone! My 84 year old aunt was approached via telephone about her broadband ! The telesaleswoman was rude and had no patience for my aunt and started shouting for no reason whatsoever at my aunt! Apparently customers cannot shout back !!!😡😡

@VodafoneUK I am pretty sure that you can't delete an account or an order without forewarning or notifying the customer. To add even more salt to the wound, all this happened after speaking to customer relations! Good thing I have screenshots & transcripts which I am more than happy to share

I've had to make all @VodafoneUK txt messages as spam. I have marketing off and they send me ~2 messages a day! Some bollocks offers or features I have no interest in. Why can't they never message me and stop all the other spam I get on their platform.
